  The Conyers Georgia shop was great they honored the$100 off promo that I received on line when I arrived corporate had my price $100 more if I had not kept email that reflected the discount I would have been out $100 wonder how many times corporate has cost people more money again Conyers store 5 stars 10 if possible

  Perfect experience with Safelite. The tech arrived on time as promised. Great communication with tech prior to arrival. Great process with Safelite to create the appointment through delivery of service.

  My Technician Amani did an excellent job. He was very detailed and meticulous. I was also impressed with the amount time of the installation. 5 Stars!!! I would highly recommend Satelite for one's windshield replacement or glass needs.

  My first appointment that I made through the online scheduling system wasn’t found in the system although I had confirmation emails and calls prior to appointment. The next time I scheduled an appointment, I went through my insurance agent and personally talked to someone at Safelite to schedule an appointment. I received a email and call the day before my appointment to confirm. No one showed up during my appointment window. I work as a night shift nurse and I lost sleep waiting on someone to come out and replace my windshield.

  This was my second experience with Safelite, and unfortunately it was just as disappointing as the first. The service did not meet my expectations, and I was left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the overall experience. Based on my experiences, I would not recommend Safelite to others. I expected better customer service and a higher level of professionalism.
