  This is the worst Racetrac I’ve ever been to. The employees are to busy flirting with one and another. cold foods that need to be stocked are either empty or sittting at the griller area slowly warming customers are having to wait in line 10 minutes due to what seems to be employees thinking that there needs are more important than the job they applied for. None of the hot and ready food is stocked and if it is the food is not cooked all the way through. There is no structure to this place.

  Please Racetrac fix SwirlWorld so that it isn't constantly broken at every single location. I feel like it's the McDonalds of gas stations. Thanks.

  The staff definitely needs some work. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL! There is way too many people who WANT jobs for this to be an issue.

  I live close by and frequent this gas station on my way to work often as it’s in a convenient location and the store is typically fairly clean and has a self check out so I can quickly get in and out. However, as of recent, I have seen a significant decline in service here. The self check outs stopped working- which I dislike but understand things happen, but the problem is the team here. I’m never greeted, coming in or coming to the counter, often employees (or supervisors? I’m not sure) are on the phone on speaker, speaking into the bottom of the phone while checking out customers or walking around the store while customers wait for check out help. Even worse, I have found a single individual recently (a large dark skin individual with very short hair (I am unsure of this person’s gender)) has been in the middle of my last three poor interactions here. This person frequently has a long line but lt up, is not friendly at all, frowning at customers and often being borderline rude with some customers. Then when this person gets a one hundred dollar note and has to perform a drop, the person does it immediately in the transaction (maybe required per policy) but takes a good 10 mins to count the bills while somehow staring out at the long customer line scolding. I saw this thrice now from this one person. Then this individual discusses with other employees complaining about some female who left or leaves. Also this person has no name tag or I would provide here. I personally worked at a very busy gas station for a couple years myself. I’m not great with smiling and being super friendly with people early in the morning during rushes or while I have a long line to work through. However, I understood no one, including me, wanted to have people waiting in line and I would work as hard as I needed to so that I could quickly get my customers out. My last 3 of 3 visits went this way and there have been some random issues over the past 2 years I have been coming here occasionally. I don’t often post but I really felt obligated to do so after this past experience this morning.
