- JJJHarpSep 11, 20261.0CAUTION🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 READ ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!! If I could give a 0 star rating I would! Absolutely nightmare of an experience working with Penske. Wouldn’t ever buy another truck from them! Long story short. Bought a box truck with 90k miles on it. Was told it would be DOT CERTIFIED and inspection done before pick up. We got the truck after waiting almost 3 months!!! Only to find it had bald tires on the front two wheels. Sent it back in and they stole my wheels off of the truck and replaced them with old rusted looking wheels!!! 🤦🏻♂️🥵 I told them that was not ok, so they took it back to the shop and put some other wheels back on it. (Not my original ones) now 3 months in the transmission is bad! We sent the truck to the Penske shop close to us and they will not even give me a quote to replace it. Not to mention the salesman Tim never ask us if we wanted an extended warranty on the truck. After a week of sitting on the repair lot now I have to have it towed to another shop (definitely not Penske) to have the repairs done!!! I was told multiple times by Seth in Fairburn that someone named Nick was going to call me about it. Well guess what? Never heard from Nick. Total waste of time and over $31k in investment. What a joke Penske! Look at the pictures below you can clearly see the truck before picture of the white rims we had on it when we first bought it. The rusty old rims is what we got back after they put new tires and did the alignment.
