  I have dealt with this company twice, and the first time I was extremely satisfied because the guy came and left within 30 minutes, but they give you cheap brakes. I still heard squeaking and scrubbing even after they were changed, they came out to inspect them to ensure they were good brakes, so I scheduled them to do my back brakes and rotors and they sent out a reject to put them on. It took this guy literally 9 hours to put on my brakes and rotors because he did bring the right tools to do the job. know that the brakes and rotors have a two year or 24,000 mile warranty, so when I contacted them about my warranty because this was about a year and some change they were replaced to see if it was good or not no one contacted me back. I put in my claim for because I heard extreme grinding in the rear of my vehicle I never heard back from them. Why give a warranty if you aren’t going to honor it. I ended up having to go somewhere else to get them done.To me that is bad business practice. If I drove over 24,000 miles or if it was over 24 months then I would have been okay with that, only you honored your paperwork. I’m done with this company and would not advise anyone else to deal with them as well.

  I low key almost got scammed shopping around. Andrew at Nubrakes literally saved me over half the price of the quotes competitors offered. He noticed that they were recommending additional repairs that weren't an issue, did some extra inspection for future maintenance, and got the job done quick. Also, knowing that I received a warranty is the greatest security you can ask for. The service was exceptional ya'll big thank you. This has really made a permanent customer out of me.

  Josh the tech was awesome. Asked for front pads and rotors and just rear pads. When Jish arrived they had given him the wrong pads and rotors for the front and the rear pads were wrong as well. Josh went to get correct parts. When he returned he completed the front brakes amazingly fast. Then he went to do the rear brakes and they gave him the wrong parts again. So I ended up with just front brakes completed. Price was good and the tech was amazing.

  I hate to leave anything less than 5 stars, but I wanted to share my experience. The location shows Conyers, GA, however after completing the online quote form, I was told service isn’t available in Covington, GA, which was confirmed when I called. Updating the website would help prevent confusion for others. Look forward to possible service in the future based off the reviews.
