  Went in to get 4 tires replaced, I had an appointment set for 11:30. I walked down the road to sit down for lunch at Taco Madre. After that I walked around wheeler park. By the time I made it back at around 12:50, my car was still not even moved from where I arrived. Stupidly I decided to keep waiting and again I walked around. From Iris drive to Olde town and back. I didnt leave until 5:00. Won't be back here. Don't make the same mistake I did

  Had a 4 wheel alignment done twice at another Mavis location elsewhere and it was done incorrect..My steering wheel was always pulling on one side....So i decided to came here at this Conyers location so I could get a 3rd opinion and redue it one more time and the Custoner Service Elijah had me in and out in no time...He also stated that they had diagnose it wrong and that he figure out da problem...He was very knowledgeable on what he was saying and also told me that i am still covered for the alignment under warranty....Thank u brother!!

  Went for a tire patch. Before waiting, Service guy showed tire to technician to confirm they could fix puncture 1 hour after waiting, they tell me they can’t fix it cause of puncture location. complete waste of time, and lack of professionalism on their end. I understand the liability aspect of fixing a punctured tire right in the middle of tread, but don’t tell me yes, waste an hour of my time only to then tell me no.

  Dear managers and corporate, you have a awesome and valuable employee name Rashaan here at Mavis in Conyers. I didn't expect to get anything done with my car issues today. I walked in and I was able to get everything done and more. I love the customer service it's definitely a number 1 for me and I will for sure come back for anything else I need. Rashaan definitely need and deserved a promotion. And if you don't value your employees another company will!!! ☺️☺️☺️

  I was taken care of by Brandon/Mike. While the customer service was excellent, the tire technician messed up a couple of times & the wait was longer than expected. I had an appointment for 10am, I arrived no later than 9:45am, but wouldn’t see my vehicle pulled back for service until 11am. I explicitly told them to place the old tires back in my vehicle, I like to save the best tires for full size spares & recycle the other two myself; none of the used tires was returned. During my service, my driver side window deflector was broken when some equipment was mounted to the door. I was compensated with money off for damages but now have to be inconvenienced with replacing the part & installing. Finally, the tires I brought in are direction oriented tires, the tech put two on in reverse & I had to come back to have it corrected once the error was realized. While I appreciate the professionalism, the overall wait time & number of errors need to be corrected. For the amount of customers there were, you all might want to consider hiring more technicians to service the vehicles so they’re not overwhelmed & accident prone.
