After ordering a set of 285ZR20 tires from Walmart, I found out they weren’t able to install them. I started calling around and thankfully reached Mavis Tires & Brakes in Conyers. From the very beginning, Mr. Mac took excellent care of me.
My custom F33 had leftover burnt rubber and even metal stuck to the rim, which made the job more complicated than a standard tire installation. Mr. Mac and his dream team made the entire process smooth, easy, and stress free. Not only did they get everything taken care of professionally, but they also offered a fair price that didn’t break my pockets.
What really stood out was the customer service. Mr. Mac personally followed up with me to confirm when I would be coming in, which showed he genuinely cared about helping me get back on the road. The entire team had great vibes, positive energy, and treated me with respect throughout the experience.
I am truly grateful for Mr. Mac and the crew at Mavis Tires & Brakes. If you’re looking for honest, professional service and a team that goes above and beyond, I highly recommend them!
When you give it to God, it all works out‼️🙌🏾❤️🔥
Thank you, Mr. Mac, for getting me safely back on the road! 🚗💨⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Daughter went in for oil change and a brake check. They told her she needed all new pads and rotors for 1250 bucks at 140+ bucks and hour labor. She called me and I told her to decline and I would take care of it. At this point they started being very rude to her and kept her car another hour. I took her tires off and her pads were at 50 percent ( still had the lines visible and deep) and her rotors looked good. Not thin or warped and very little rust. Fluid was good also. I think they saw a young woman and decided to take advantage. I would not go here unless you know exactly what you need and are willing to say no to them. As to the oil change, they didn't screw it up, but the battery had a ton of corrosion on it which I cleaned. Also there was tines of dirt and grim under the hood which made me wonder how they didn't clean it or even leave a hand print in it while changing the oil. Over all I would avoid this place as a rule.

New Tires & Alignment
Went to Mavis in Conyers (near Target) for tires about 3 wks apart & ended up getting an alignment too the second (by suggestion of the mgr, Dan). My tire sensors were bad so he removed them, causing my traction light to come on. Everything went smoothly but the next day my alignment was SUPER crooked. I took it back to the shop and the wknd mgr got it squared away no problem. I bought new sensors and had a local mechanic put them in for me, and then Dan recoded them and now the light's off. Absolutely LOVE the staff here, super friendly and the work doesn't take all day. Return customer for sure!

I had a very disappointing experience with Mavis Tires.
I recently visited another Mavis location to purchase two new tires. During my visit, the employee informed me that my vehicle had the wrong size tires installed. I explained that I have always purchased my tires through Mavis and told him which location had been servicing my vehicle for years. He suggested that I visit that location in hopes that they would correct the issue.
Unfortunately, when I spoke with the Store Manager, Daniel, I received nothing but excuses. He stated that he was not managing the store at the time the tires were purchased and claimed that dealerships install the wrong size tires on vehicles all the time. However, my purchase history clearly shows that the tires were purchased and installed at that Mavis location, and I have been a loyal customer there for many years.
What is most frustrating is that I originally came in expecting to purchase only two tires. Because the wrong size tires had been installed on my vehicle, I ended up having to purchase four new tires instead, resulting in a much greater expense than anticipated.
To make matters worse, I have repeatedly attempted to contact the Regional Manager, Darrell, regarding this issue, but my calls have never been returned. The lack of accountability, customer service, and follow-up has been extremely disappointing.
As a longtime Mavis customer, I expected the company to take responsibility for a mistake that appears to have originated from one of its locations. Instead, I have been met with excuses and ignored by management. This experience has left me very dissatisfied with Mavis Tires and the way this situation has been handled.
