  Shout out to Jeremiah… bro was outstanding! He went above and beyond to help me out, and I truly appreciate his patience, kindness, and willingness to make sure I was taken care of. You don’t see good customer service like that anymore. Express Oil Change is lucky to have him on their team! Appreciate You, Jeremiah 🙌🏽💯

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers in Conyers! Fletcher greeted me warmly as soon as I arrived, and the customer service started off great! I was able to get my oil changed while sitting comfortably in my car, which was such a convenient experience. Honestly, this was the BEST oil change service I’ve ever had at a shop! They also rotated my tires, and I was very pleased with the service. The staff was efficient, and I appreciated being able to get everything done in one place for under $200. 🙌🏽 Everything was going wonderfully until Tete decided to throw a wrench in my happy experience! 😂 He started telling me that I had no brake pad on my left rear wheel and that my car might make noise when I left. I told that joker I didn’t trust him and that my car had better drive the same way it did before he touched my tires! 🤣 I also let him know that I get my tires from Discount Tire right next door, and they’ve never mentioned anything about my brake pads. Now, Tete, sir… why did you have to go and disturb my peace?! 😝😂 Everything was going so well! All jokes aside, I truly appreciated Fletcher’s warm greeting and the convenience, efficiency, and overall quality of the oil change service. The experience was excellent overall, even with that unexpected conversation at the end. One thing I will say: if a technician identifies a potential brake issue, I appreciate being informed, but I also appreciate a clear explanation of what was found and why it needs attention. I would definitely give Fletcher and the oil change team five stars for the service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Under $200 for an oil change and tire rotation? I was a happy customer! And Tete… next time, let me enjoy my good mood a little longer! 😂😝

  Ron is AWESOME! My car had been sitting for almost a year. So I needed an oil and filter change. Ron was very patient and knowledgeable regarding my Hyundai Sonata. He answered all my questions and made suggestions in taking better care of my car. THANK YOU RON!

  I am VERY disappointed with my experience, or lack thereof this morning. This is my 2nd time at this location as my first experience was good enough to return. I made an appointment for an oil change and alignment this go around as I was able to get an alignment my last visit due to not having the staff to do so. I received multiple reminder notifications about my visit as expected. On the morning of, I pulled in where I was instructed to go my initial visit, and while most of the staff looked at my car, no one came to check me in. I decided to go to the front where finally a young man asked what services I needed and stated that he did not have anyone able to do alignments. This is now the 2nd time I have come and not been able to get this routine service, but this time I did my due diligence to make an appointment and had to make the drive to find this out when at the very least someone could've reached out prior to let me know so gas and time was not wasted. What is the purpose of an online booking site and numerous reminder notifications when pertinent information can't even be given about services offered.

  The guy at the desk was very condescending. He didn't want to give me the coupon price for an oil change. Then, when the guy changing my oil asked if I wanted synthetic. I said no. He checked to see if my car could take 5w20. Said it could. So at 29.00 oil change turned into 71.00 I had to go back to get that money refunded and he tried to convince me that my car has to have synthetic that it is required.
