  Overall, I had a great rental experience for my trip between Lakeland, Clearwater, and Tampa. A huge thank you to Manager Robert, who handled both my check-in and check-out with excellent, seamless customer service, as well as providing a complimentary upgrade. ​The vehicle was mechanically sound, felt very safe, and came equipped with great safety features. My only critique was during the initial vehicle walkthrough with a different team member: I pointed out a low windshield wiper fluid dashboard warning, and after a quick test, he assured me it was fine and just a sensor light. Although feeling a bit dismissed, I drove the car away. However, by the time I got home, the reservoir was completely empty. The wiper blades could also use a replacement. Mechanically, I felt safe in the car and it had all the bells and whistles. Aside from that minor maintenance oversight, the car drove well, and the service from Robert was top-notch. I look forward to renting again in the near future.

  I made a renter reservation at the Covington GA location on 8/21/26 @12:00 I get there no cars available. No one called to let me know no cars were available just let me drive there get dropped off no rental car available. I wouldn’t recommend this off at all. I asked the guy at the counter why they didn’t call he said he was about to. Horrible customer service

  I would have given them 5 stars but had to wait on the car to be cleaned and it was less than half of gas so I had to take that extra time to gas up for my road trip.

  I reserved a pickup truck within an hour of my scheduled pick up because my previous reservation at another car rental company canceled my reservation because they had no pickups available. Keep in mind, I made that reservation with the other company 3 weeks in advance and I desperately needed a pickup truck to drive my daughter and her belongings to college in Kentucky. I called several rental companies that day and no one had a pickup truck (or even a minivan) available for pickup the same day. So, you can only imagine how excited and relieved I was to not only be blessed to find a pickup truck but also be able to pick it up the same day, literally within 30 mns. Additionally, the wait time at the Conyers location was extremely short and customer service was very professional and engaging. Lastly, the pickup truck I received was exceptionally clean and smelled amazing. My experience was top tier!

  I normally and regularly rent cars from this Enterprise location, but after my experience last week, I will never rent from any Enterprise. I reserved my car and when I arrived at the location, I was told by “James” that the car I reserved was not available, and that they would not adjust the price of a smaller car. When I told them I would take the car, but enter a complaint, James said he would not rent me a car because I was going to complain. I thought he was joking, but insisted that he would not rent me the car. When I said that I would definitely make a complaint, he said it would only come back to him and nothing would be done. I had to call my ride back and search for another car at the last minute. This turned out to be a blessing, because I was able to rent a clean SUV from Avis for a lower price. I’ve always had some issues with this Enterprise, from the long lines, to unavailable or dirty, nasty cars. Never again. I did call corporate office to make a complaint, but never heard anything else from them, even though they said they would follow up.
