  Car rental was easy and car was reliable and drove well. The only complaint is the marijuana smell in the car. I don’t want to smell like this but I did my entire trip

  Everyone was very friendly and really helped me make another decision when the SUV I ordered wasn’t available. Sarah and Brandon (I believe that’s his name) made me feel better about having to wait longer than the suggested time. They didn’t ignore me and addressed my concerns. I ended up driving away with a better (in my opinion) vehicle than I ordered. Wait time was about a little over an hour past my appointment time. However, I figured I’d had to wait so I just ordered a day earlier to avoid any delays

  The worst experience ever!! Made reservation for 8 am by 9:35 still sitting waiting being over looked!!! This is freaking insane yall need to respect ppl time why are you allowing ppl double book the same times!! Then they look at you as if you’re the problem I’m beyond pissssed!!!!!!!!!!

  Sarah is the kind of customer service representative every rental location should strive to have. After a frustrating experience, she completely restored my confidence. My original reservation at the Lithonia location fell through when they called just one hour before my scheduled pickup to inform me that no vehicle was available. Because I booked through my credit card rewards program, I had to work through them to secure a new reservation at another location. Unfortunately, my experience at the Conyers location was less than ideal. The staff appeared unfamiliar with dual-residency driver’s licenses, which created unnecessary confusion, and the vehicle I received had a strong cigarette odor. When I arrived at the East location on Highway 1860 to exchange the vehicle, I witnessed Sarah assisting another customer with remarkable professionalism, patience, and grace. Though there was a minor discrepancy with that customer I noticed that she made a concession for the family with her apology . She handled the situation with kindness and efficiency, and then quickly helped me trade my vehicle for one that was clean and appropriate. Sarah’s professionalism, compassion, and commitment to excellent customer service transformed what had been a disappointing rental experience into a positive one. She is a tremendous asset to your team and deserves recognition for the exceptional service she provides.

  I have rented from this Enterprise location several times and have generally had good experiences, which is why this visit was so disappointing. I reserved a Premium SUV specifically because the website indicated it would accommodate 8 passengers. In fact, the branch called me the day before my reservation to confirm the type of vehicle I needed, and I clearly explained that I required seating for 8 passengers. When I arrived, I was told that only 7-passenger vehicles were available in the Premium SUV class. The employee assisting me, Sarah, was very rude and spoke to both my father and me in a condescending manner throughout the conversation. Rather than trying to understand the issue or provide helpful options, her response was essentially that there was nothing she could do and that I would need to pay more for a different vehicle class. To make matters worse, I ended up waiting nearly two hours for the proper vehicle, despite having confirmed my needs the day before. Thankfully, the branch manager stepped in, listened to our concerns, and honored the original rate for the larger vehicle. I truly appreciate the professionalism and customer service he demonstrated, as he turned an otherwise frustrating experience around. My recommendation to Enterprise would be to ensure employees communicate with customers respectfully and that vehicle availability aligns with what is advertised online and confirmed with customers before arrival.
