  I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the treatment I received at the Conyers Enterprise location during my recent rental experience. I have been a loyal Enterprise customer for years and have rented consistently from this location throughout the 8 years I have lived in Conyers. Unfortunately, this was by far the most disrespectful and unprofessional interaction I have ever experienced with your company. Upon arriving to pick up a vehicle I had reserved, I was informed that the rental was not ready due to a lack of available fleet inventory. While I understand that operational issues can occur, the behavior displayed by Ashley, the Assistant Manager, was completely unacceptable. Ashley spoke to me in a rude and condescending tone in front of a lobby full of approximately 10–12 customers. Rather than addressing my concerns professionally, she dismissed me, waved me off, and sarcastically told me to “have a nice day” because she appeared frustrated with the branch’s inventory situation. Her behavior was disrespectful, embarrassing, and entirely inappropriate for someone in a leadership position representing Enterprise. What made the situation even more concerning was that when I attempted to address the issue with Javier, the Branch Manager, he appeared completely unbothered by the complaint and did not demonstrate any concern for the customer experience or the behavior of his staff. The Conyers community does not deserve this level of customer service. In all my years renting with Enterprise, I have never experienced anything remotely close to this treatment. There was also another employee present — a lady wearing glasses — who witnessed the interaction. As a long-term customer, I expect professionalism, respect, and basic courtesy, especially when the inconvenience was caused by the branch not having vehicles available for confirmed reservations.

  Pretty quick visit to get the rental and when I returned it, I forgot to take my phone holder out. I figured it would be gone by the next day but talked to Sarah and she retrieved it for me. Thank you.

  Rent from Enterprise monthly always have a good experience. They have moved to where Mudd Trucker used to be. Next door to Q-tip gas station over two months ago

  The staff was professional and prompt. They answered questions and made sure I was satisfied with the rental before I left. I received my rental clean and with a full tank of gas. I am also extremely happy that the location I use is now open on Sundays.
