  Do not do business here at all costs! The people here literally stole from us ($540) to be exact! Nobody answers the phone, corporate is absolutely useless and blatantly lied to us about refunded THEIR error and is now dodging us when we inquire about the status. I will never ever rent a vehicle from this company and have shared my horrific experience with my network. This company cares more about money than protecting their reputation. Shame on them.

  My experience at this enterprise was great! Daniel, Torrie, and Devin were all very helpful, nice, and professional. Also they were very fast on getting me the rental as well as the return process. I appreciate great customer service especially during tough times, because we all are going through something. Grand gratitude:)

  The site allowed me to make a reservation but when I went to pick up the car, every last Enterprise(Conyers, McDonough, Stockbridge, Lithonia, &Stone Mountain) stated they had no cars available. I was told to come back later or call to which I did and I still couldn't get a car. The site should not allow you to book if they do not have cars. Who is responsible for checking the inventory because this is unacceptable.

  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE My experience at this Enterprise location was absolutely unacceptable. Assistant Manager Devin and the management at this location demonstrated some of the worst customer service I have experienced. After reading several other reviews, it appears my experience may not be an isolated incident. During my interaction, I felt that once Devin and management did not like my responses or the way the conversation was going, they decided they would no longer rent a vehicle to me. When I refused to simply leave without addressing what had happened, the police were called. Calling the police did not intimidate me. The officers arrived, asked what happened, spoke with me outside, and the situation ended without incident. I have no problem interacting with law enforcement and had no reason to be concerned about their presence. What makes this experience even more troubling is that I recently rented from Enterprise at another location just a couple of weeks ago with absolutely no issues. I picked up the vehicle, completed my rental, returned it, and went on my way. That tells me this is NOT necessarily an Enterprise-wide problem. This appears to be a serious CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT PROBLEM AT THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION. I am also concerned that Devin may have attempted to flag or restrict my ability to rent from Enterprise in the future because of this disagreement. If that occurred, I expect Enterprise corporate management to investigate the circumstances surrounding that decision and determine whether it was justified and consistent with company policy. Enterprise, how many negative reviews and customer complaints does a location have to receive before corporate leadership takes notice? Devin and the management team at this location need serious customer-service training, accountability, and management oversight. Customers should not feel that their ability to do business with Enterprise depends on whether a manager personally likes their demeanor or response during a disagreement. I will be escalating this matter through the appropriate Enterprise corporate channels because this experience needs to be reviewed and addressed. I expect accountability and a substantive response—not a generic apology. This matter is not over. Have a great day.

  The Covington location was unable to honor my reservation and would not help locate a new vehicle. THIS location came through with the vehicle I needed to get all the cousins to the family reunion! Thank goodness! This is an awesome team!
