    Horrible customer service. I went on 7/3 at around 10am big boy behind the counter Spanish looking denied me a rental because I had to do a swap out due to mechanical issues and he denied me a rental all because I didn’t get the original rental car from that same location. This location is not what excellence looks like. And the guy with the Cornrolls also agreed with big boy and said no and we had to catch another uber to the airport. I was with 3 kids and another female adult.

    I visited Enterprise on Wednesday, May 27, at approximately 5:30 p.m. and had a very disappointing experience with the manager, Devin. During my transaction, Devin went through his standard questions and asked me to provide proof of insurance. After reviewing my insurance information, he informed me that it had to be full coverage. I told him I was not willing to purchase Enterprise's insurance and that I would contact my insurance company to change my policy to full coverage. Devin stated that would be acceptable but that he would need to speak with my insurance company to verify the coverage. While I was waiting, I observed Devin assisting the next customer. He went through his questions with her, but I never heard him ask for proof of insurance. Seeing this, I felt that I was being singled out and treated differently from other customers. After I completed the process of changing my insurance coverage, I returned to the counter and provided the updated information. I also expressed my concern that the previous customer had not been asked for proof of insurance. At that point, Devin told me that he did not need to contact my insurance company because he did not have to rent a vehicle to me that day. I left the office but returned shortly afterward seeking clarification. Devin then asked me to step outside, where he again stated that he would not rent a vehicle to me and that he had the right to refuse service. The consequences of Devin's refusal to rent a vehicle to me that day went far beyond a simple inconvenience. I needed the rental car to travel for my aunt's funeral, and because he refused to complete the rental after instructing me to update my insurance coverage, I was unable to secure another rental vehicle until the following morning. As a result, I missed my aunt's funeral. This caused me tremendous mental anguish and emotional distress during an already difficult time. Based on my experience, I believe I was subjected to discrimination and was treated unfairly compared to other customers. The situation caused me significant mental anguish, wasted my time, and left me feeling humiliated and inconvenienced after I had gone through the effort of updating my insurance coverage specifically to meet the requirements I was given. What should have been a straightforward rental transaction became a deeply upsetting experience that left me feeling singled out, subjected to what I perceived as blatant discrimination, and severely inconvenienced.

    Enterprise on Transparent Dr. is a smaller, less efficient and more difficult to find rental car location. While returning the car the one guy was having to manage 4 pickups and my return by himself because he had no help. Thankfully because the car had a stain on the roof from the previous driver and I was able to photographically prove that I was not at fault, I was not charged an additional fee.
