  Read full description with caution-Based on my experiences with them some would probably rate them anywhere from a 1-3 star, but I have good reasons to give them a 5 star, even though I considered giving them a 3-4 star instead. My suggestions: call and make an appointment, communicate directly to not only the service administrator and mechanics but if anything is not right let the service manager know directly. My experiences as follows I booked a an appointment for service at 1230pm, the service advisor Nicky, said if could be there by that time aka within a 1/2 hour they could finish the job by closing. Nicky was awesome. She's very hard working/dedicated/honest like 99.9% of the employees here. I brought a Volvo in because 3 other service centers really screwed up the wheel/axle and steering wheel alignment on it, when originally it was done just as a preventative measure because it received all new shocks and tires, which theses screw ups cost me as almost 1 week of lost business (6 days). They also misinformed me about some serious safety issues, in which the mechanic and service manager took the time out to answer my questions and show me another similar vehicle. They went to work on it basically right away. The only time the stopped was around 1330hrs, I began to worry because of the other complaints, and a little before that is when the service manager left, so I thought everyone gives up after he leaves. The truth is almost everyone takes their break around that time, and they come back and work very hard. So the mechanic adjusted it to the point where he thought it was right and it's nice they actually have people who test drive the vehicles before returning it (most places stopped doing that). The test driver person I didn't catch her name brought it back and told the mechanic that it needed further adjustment and he did and that's where the problems began, because at that point she refused to test drive it again, and the mechanic said you sure you don't want to test drive it and she said no it's good now, and I seen and heard all of this and I even asked her and she said no it's right now and appeared to leave early in her car at around 1630hrs instead of 1700hrs. By the time the paperwork was finished it was closing time. So I then drive off it it was still all wrong. Thankfully the service manager was still there and truly cares, and stayed after to try to get it right. I brought it back and forth about 5x and it still wasn't right. So I had to bring it back the following day. They eventually got it right but I very unhappy about the test driver, having to drive back and forth, and it killing another day in total. They should have fixed one of the horns the other places damaged for my troubles but I still give them a 5 star

  We have been working with Vanguard Commerce for several years now. They are truly the best. The customer service and parts department are GREAT! They are very helpful and friendly.
