  I have had a mini van reserved since March and I go to pick it up today May 9th, and I'm told they do not have one or anything similar to offer. I received a phone call yesterday at 5:30 pm which I thought was odd and was told a fleet would be coming in today at 11:00. I trusted that and said ok I'll be there then. They should have called days ago if they didn't have anything. It seems like reserves are not bring checked as they should and people's vehicles that are reserved are being given away. This was not ACCEPTABLE! I've been a long time customer with enterprise using military rewards through USAA. THIS SHOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED! To say that I'm put on a list for possible van on Monday does not work. I wouldn't reserve a van for a specific date if I didn't need it for that day! Trip is the next day! This was to travel out of town to see my son graduate from Pensacola Christian College. This was very bad business. NEVER AGAIN!

  Used the Commerce Ga location after my wife hit a deer a week before our 10th anniversary trip to Savannah. I spoke to Fred and explained to him that I’d like to get something a lil sporty for our trip and make the best of a bad situation. Wow did he deliver. 2024 Mustang Convertible which was so much fun. Not to mention my autistic daughter loved the top down as well. Everyone went above and beyond. I’ll always remember this. Thanks Fred and thanks Enterprise.

  Banks Crossing location extremely understaffed. Booked in advance and still waited 45 minutes for vehicle to be ready. There was still food debris in the back seat and the rear exterior was still dirty.

  Fred, you are the man! Best personality, best service, best price, best enterprise ever! Thank you for how caring and understanding you were as I was in a hurry to get to my next commercial driving job. It means the world to us to have people like you out here with us on the road.   Very helpful staff! Jennifer was very professional and very knowledgeable. Thus location has always been great I have had to use them on multiple occasions and every time the transaction is smooth and the cars are always clean and ready to go! 10/10
