It was pretty busy but Cheyenne and Tyler did a fantastic job managing a constant flow of cars. their communication skills were outstanding. They were very thorough and super friendly. I will definitely recommend this place and will come back again!

They still did a wonderful job of topping off my fluids and filling my air, after mentioning another location in Columbus. At this location they were super quick and attentive. Cheyenne went above and beyond and even helped me get something out of my air vent (not something she had to do). She had the best attitude during the entire time of me being there. Definitely recommend this place! Super fast, efficient, clean, and great attitude.

I would like to thank the whole Valvoline Instant Oil Change Chief Service representative: Mr. CJ, Mr. Tyler, and Mr. Zach for an excellent oil change, and also they checked all maintenance areas for any updates per CARFAX data. What’s amazing is you don’t even have to get out of the vehicle. They thoroughly checked my 2009 Honda Ridgeline from bumper to bumper as well as front headlights to rear lights. Thanks so much for what yall due and 20 stars is awarded.
