  Kimberly was amazing. Needed a quick fix because car on the side of the road. They had tire in stock and immediately got us in. Shes was very friendly and empathetic.

  I had my 2 front tires replaced for a very affordable price and Ms. Kimberly at the front desk was SO nice and accommodating. They were able to fit me in the same day and everyone there was so nice! I will definitely bring my car here when I need work done on it.

  My partner brought the car here on the referral of a family member who mistakenly thought this place was still “Fred’s Tire.” We brought it in to fix our AC. We were charged almost $200, $180 to be exact, and the problem isn’t even fixed. Then one of the mechanics told her our car needed new brakes which is definitely does not. Clearly they were just trying to pull a fast one to make more money. Won’t ever give this place our business again.

  So I came into columbus after traveling from VA, I drug my brakes through Atlanta traffic and when I got off the exit in Columbus my brakes were crying. I pulled up a few min after closing. The friendly Santa clause looking man let me in , he rebooted the computer to inout my vehicle info. They were soo friendly and completely made my day. 😃 I loved this place as Fred's, and have been going to it for over 15years. Glad tire Disounters are trying to keep the great service alive.

  Fred’s Tire Discounters If you are a woman beware. I would strongly advise not doing business with Tire Discounters (formally known as Fred’s tires). This used to be the only place I would use but always would have my Dad take my vehicle. I called to make an appointment to see why my air conditioner was not working. I called a few days prior and was quoted $280. On the day of my appointment the 4th of April, I had made to have my air conditioner checked due to it not cooling. I arrived on the 4th and the man explained that they would only charge me for the Freon that needed to be added. After they took my truck back. They advised me that my hoses and everything was good and the Freon was good but my compressor had went out. I asked them how much that would be. They told me they would not be able to fix it that day even though the appointment was at 9 AM that morning. They quoted $1300 for the compressor and having to charge the system again. So once I went inside the office, I found how they had charged me for draining my lines and charging a system of $400 prior to checking my compressor. After talking they agreed that was not right and they were going to refund my money. After giving the run around for 3 days and the refund was not returned to my card, I sent my Dad up there to handle it. They told him it would be returned by April 11th and if not to come back up there. On April 13th he went back up there and was told by Kim to give it until April 25th, they were either going to refund back to the card or send a check in the mail by April 25th. When I didn’t receive either one my Dad went back up there on April 27th and was told by Kim that they were not going to refund the money. It took them 3 weeks to give me the run around and then refuse to refund my money. I advise you to find somewhere else to do business. Here is a voicemail from Kim saying that I was going to get a refund.
