  My son needed his windshield replaced on our jeep. Safe Light was right on time and my service providers were very communicative!! They responded to my text messages and phone calls in a timely manner. They confirmed on the day of the appointment to ensure that my family and make was still available. They even called to let us know that they were on the way about 15 minutes before arrival. Our first service provider noticed a scratch on the replacement windshield and instead of just replacing our damaged windshield with another scratched windshield he obtained a brand new windshield completely free of scratches, so we could have the best service possible!! I was very impressed by this service!

  This one-star review is not based on the quality of the windshield or the installation itself. It is based entirely on the customer service I received when I picked up my vehicle around 12:40 p.m. today. When I walked up to my car, I noticed that something hanging from the rearview mirror wasn’t plugged in. I assumed it was my live-view camera, so I went back inside to ask about it. The employee behind the counter immediately became rude and said, “We are not responsible for aftermarket items.” I then asked a simple question: if they damaged something attached to the windshield that was working perfectly before I dropped off my vehicle, would they be responsible? His answer was, “No.” He also said they don’t reconnect “aftermarket” accessories. I told him that didn’t make much sense and that I was going to plug everything back in to make sure it was working properly. At that point, he sarcastically told me to “have a good day.” I responded that I hoped he had a crappy day, and he replied that he hoped I had a crappy day as well (using a stronger word that Google won’t allow). Unfortunately, my concern turned out to be justified. The item that was actually unplugged was my radar detector, and they had broken its windshield mount. Ironically, they did reconnect my live-view camera—the same “aftermarket” device they claimed they don’t touch—so it seems the employee either didn’t know what he was talking about or simply didn’t care. I’ll replace the broken radar detector mount myself, but I will also be letting USAA know about this experience and recommending they consider other glass repair providers instead of Safelite. The windshield installation appears fine, but the customer service was a 1 out of 10. Based on my experience, I would recommend using ASAP or Quality Pro instead

  Very fast and professional job. Even tho they seemed understaffed they took care of me in an efficient manor. The employees were very fast with diagnosing the proper service needed and ordering a windshield for me.

  Excellent service from Safelite! The mobile windshield replacement was convenient and professionally done, and the calibration was completed perfectly. I also appreciate that they offer recalibration if needed. Overall, a smooth, hassle-free experience with friendly and knowledgeable technicians. Highly recommended!

  John was a top tier-customer service representative. I missed my appt due to traffic and he was able to work me in at the end of the day. 5 stars are not enough.
