- TQterry quigley6 days ago1.0Glitch online. Won’t come to home to repair due to age. They let you schedule and take your money and plan a day then they called the day before to inform they won’t come out due to age of vehicle. Refund came quick but still sucked on service.
- AAAaliyah6 days ago1.0My mother received a windshield replacement by them at our house. The employee drove our car around to assess the calibration (we have on ring camera he was gone approx. 15 minutes). After he left our home, we backed the car up further into our driveway and noticed the front r front tire was at 21psi. We called the local office manager, Dylan, and he stated that although it most likely occurred during the drive, they are not taking responsibility. It’s very sad that he accepted that it was them but they still wouldn’t pay for it or simply apologize for the inconvenience. I spoke with customer service and she told me that they’re supposed to take responsibility for damage that occurred during their service. For anyone this happens to: please call customer service and place a formal complaint to the regional manage if the store manager does not cooperate.

I decided to go online and get a quote myself and found promo codes and bundle specials. I booked my appt and they came to me the next day. The price was $150 less than the others and included new wipers. The tech who installed my windshield gas fast, courteous and no mess. Couldn’t ask for better customer service. I would definitely use them again.
