  Safelite made the experience of having to replace a windshield much easier. I spoke with customer service via phone made sure we got the right windshield for our truck at the best price and the appointment time fit our schedule for service at home. Will use them again and have already referred someone to use the Columbus, GA location.

  I had a wonderful experience with Safelite, and Mr. Andrew made the entire process even better. From the beginning, he was professional, friendly, courteous, and genuinely pleasant to work with. He called before arriving at my home, which I truly appreciated, and he arrived prepared and ready to get the job done. What impressed me most was his efficiency and attention to detail. I was informed that the windshield replacement could take up to three hours because of the recalibration, but Mr. Andrew completed the job in less time than expected without compromising the quality of his work. He exceeded my expectations and made what could have been a stressful experience feel simple, smooth, and convenient. I sincerely appreciate the excellent customer service and professionalism I received. Mr. Andrew is a wonderful representation of Safelite, and I would gladly recommend Safelite to anyone needing windshield replacement services.   Mason and Drew were the techs who replaced my windshield and they did a great job, and setting up an appointment with Safelite was very easy. I love that they filed a claim for me with my insurance. Mason also replaced my wiper blades. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because when Mason came to replace my windshield the first time, he couldn’t get my censors to calibrate with the new windshield. Apparently that’s a common issue with Nissan vehicles? So I had to take it to my nearest Safelite location where they have more equipment— 45 minutes from my home. Someone cancelled my appointment and rescheduled it for a random day and time without talking to me. I had to reschedule again for a time I could go. When I got there, they told me they couldn’t do the job because the replacement windshield had a crack so they would have to order a new one. Several days later, Drew came to my house to replace the windshield again and calibrate it— he got it all done in about 1 hour. If you have a Nissan, be mindful that it might be better to take your car to their location.

  Started out to be a positive experience but the assembly was not done correctly and the component mounted to the inside of the glass is loose, uneven and it now rattles (on a two-year-old vehicle). Part of the decision to use Safelite was the convenience of them coming to our home to get the service performed. However, in order to get their mistake corrected we have to travel one hour each way to take it to their shop. Very disappointing. I will find someone else next time for auto glass repair. Almost a thousand dollars for substandard results. *I also noticed that they appear to be filtering the reviews on their website. From the average ratings, it looks like they do much better on their site than they do on the Google platform. (Very clever).
