  My salesman made sure I got what I wanted and the price i was looking for. He was very nice and answered my questions. Very good customer service. This is my second Mercedes from this dealership and the same salesman Mr Ernest Jenkins The best. I love my new car.

  Angry…my car misfired 2 weeks ago and was running ragged. There were no appointments for almost 2 months. But I was told to bring it in and that they would work me in. I dropped my car off on the 29th and I didn’t get it back until 8/14 and all the work that was supposed to be done, wasn’t complete. 😡 Now I have to wait another 2 weeks to have my weak battery replaced. No loaners available and the customer service was far lacking that what I came to expect and love. Disappointed is an understatement. I wish I could give 0 stars.

  It was fine. I waited 3 hours. I know I could have gotten a loaner or used the shuttle service. I think your labor cost is too high. I took advantage of the recommendations/alerts for my car but couldn’t believe that nearly $400 labor cost for installing 4 spark plugs! I think that was too much for a 2022 car.

  The service associates at Mercedes-Benz Columbus are very professional and friendly. However, the reason why this visit will be the last Mercedes I will ever buy from Mercedes-Benz dealers. I have had a Mercedes for 29 years. And I have never had to pay for a service that was a manufacturing problem. $7,000 later for a camshaft screen that came off in part of the engine area. So how is that my fault that's not a wear and tear on the vehicle when the vehicle was only less than 2 years old. And we asked for some type of discount or even free service because this wasn't anything of our doing and all of the maintenance services have been kept up year after year. But yet and still being a customer for 29 years Mercedes-Benz headquarters would not take anything off of the price that we paid. So therefore, this will be the last Mercedes that I will ever buy. And I am going to look into other make and models. Unhappy customer .

  If you have a luxury Sprinter Van, steer clear of this dealership we had an issue. They said there was a 2 to 3 week backlog after 15 days we gave him a call. They would say that would be three weeks to maybe a month before they got it and that’s after having it towed from Auburn Alabama with the staff making no attempt to at least see what the problem was. I knew it would be simple we had it towed to mercedes-BenzMobile Alabama. It was in and out 48 hours. I feel like they could’ve done more.
