  I’ve been to this Mercedes location three separate times for three different issues, and every experience has been frustrating due to poor communication and inconsistent information. Each visit involved advisors telling me one thing, only for the manager to later contradict them and say the information I was given was incorrect. My most recent experience was extremely frustrating. Before bringing my car in, I had my car scanned at a non-Mercedes location, and it showed many codes including the purge valve. Over the phone, the manager told me the codes coming from my car were covered under warranty. However, when I dropped the vehicle off, I was then told there was no code for the purge valve. Instead, I was informed there was only a code for the exchange module, which was replaced under warranty. After getting my car back, I still had the same issue — my car would hesitate to start after getting gas. Shortly after leaving the dealership, my check engine light came back on. I then took my vehicle to the Mercedes location in Newnan, where they immediately identified the problem as a faulty purge valve. Once the purge valve was replaced, the issue was completely resolved. I expect better communication, consistency, and diagnostic accuracy from a Mercedes dealership. Having to go to another location to finally resolve an issue that should have been properly diagnosed the first time was extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would NOT recommend this location. I will make the drive to Newnan in the future!

  I had a great experience with Mercedes-Benz of Columbus regarding my EQE.The team was professional, responsive, and addressed my concerns thoroughly. My service advisor, Robert, provided excellent communication and made sure everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. I truly appreciate the level of care and attention I received. Highly recommend their service team!

  My experience at Mercedes-Benz of Columbus was PHENOMENAL. Dominique greeted us promptly. He is very down to earth, extremely professional, and patient. I didn’t feel as if he was trying to pressure me at any point. I would definitely purchase from and refer friends and family to MB of Columbus and Dominque again. Due to some next day tasks that needed to be performed, Dominique had everything coordinated and my experience with Rachelle was amazing. To add to this, the dealership truly works as a team, and for that I want to give a huge shoutout and heartfelt thanks to Malcolm (you’re the man with the MB app), Brittany, Joshua, and Linda.

  I would like to thank Mercedes Benz of Columbus service department and sells department for the great customer service provided recently during my vehicle service visit and my new car purchase. Rachelle, Haley, Malcolm, and Jerome were all friendly, respectful and very professional. They helped me to get out of a very difficult situation with my old car into a new car. Again thank you for a service well done.

  What was suppose to be a two day job on my car turned out to be seven days. Most businesses would have the common courtesy to tell you up front that they’re short staffed and not wait a week after having your vehicle to do so. What’s even worst is that Mercedes did not even offer me a courtesy vehicle until day six of having my car. Bottom line, thoroughly disappointed in this Mercedes dealership.
