  The B service was performed but I had an appointment and loaner car booked 3 weeks in advance for 9:00. I showed up at 9:00 sharp and turned over my GLS 450. The loaner car they finally round up for me was not comparable to my GLS 450. It was a GLE 250! I had my choice of the smaller SUV or a Sprinter Van! You would think that booking that far in advance, knowing the car that I had, I would have a car that was comparable. They had plenty of time to arrange for that. I called after lunch to see if my car was ready. It was not. I called at 4:30. My car had not been touched. I appointments that I needed to complete and booked around this 9:00 am drop off and because of the unreliability of the service department I ended up losing most of my productive day because they didn’t have time to do my car. You don’t book someone for 9 AM and not get to working on the car before 5 PM.The customer service was poor at best. This is not what I expected from Mercedes Benz

  This was my first visit to MB of Columbus. Robert was very helpful in showing us where the waiting room and restrooms were. He kept me informed about the status of my vehicle as well as things that would need attention in the upcoming months. Over all a very pleasant visit.

  We were in Columbus in our sprinter-based RV when we had an emergency that might have ended our entire trip and stranded us there for quite a while. I reached out to the Columbus Mercedes folks and they were very willing to help (which is not always the case, in my experience). Long story short, Robert in the service department got us squared away in just a few days despite not having an appointment and they only charged us a diagnostic fee! That's the kind of customer service which will keep me buying Mercedes!

  We had an issue with our Mercedes RV Class C. It went into limp mode and fortunately we were close bye in Columbus. They were able to get it into the shop in a few hours for their sprinter mechanic to diagnosed the issue. In the mean time, the dealership provided a complimentary vehicle for us to use and go into town to grab some lunch. Fortunately, it was only a loose air filter hose. They cleared the codes and ran regeneration on the diesel emissions system. I would highly recommend this Mercedes dealership for their commitment service and Mercedes products.
