Jim and his employees got my AC Blowing very cold!🥶 I just needed a AC vacuum and recharge because I replaced all the AC components. I told Jim about the terrible experience I had with Kim and her other employees at the Mavis on Whittlesey Road. I even called the regional manager and the regional manager offered a refund, but I decided to give Mavis another chance and go to a different location. Jim and his employees got my AC taken care of. My car No longer has any leaks I’m satisfied . If any guys need a recommendation, I highly recommend these guys. They are very professional and skilled come here if you need a AC vacuum recharge !❄️

Loranzo really took care of my car. I went in thinking that I needed an alignment, but he actually took me and showed me how my tires were wearing and said that I needed struts and shocks. He broke everything down so I could understand. I truly enjoyed working with him.

After hours of looking for a battery and no one to put in. Referred to Mavis. Scheduled an appointment which didn’t take long at all (roughly 3.5 hours). Got truck back, not even a month after, the brakes started squealing. Since I was on vacation and had a death in the family, truck was the least of my concern. Time went past, roughly 5 months later sounds were still the same. Called them and was told my brakes were changed, but not the rotors!!! Which are supposed to go together. Never was told about rotors, just the brakes and battery. Robbie was awesome, but for the amount spent, I honestly could’ve went somewhere else. Upset that now I have to get rotors on top of possible new brakes. Which could’ve been done & issue could’ve been avoided.

I was dealing with a flat tire and needed to get back to work as quickly as possible, and the team was incredibly accommodating, handling the situation with the utmost care and respect.
