  Worst place to get your car repaired. The mechanic was very rude, did faulty work, and became angry when questioned about it. I recently went there to replace the inner and outer tie rods. After the repair, the boot was not secured properly and fell apart shortly afterward. Today I returned to have it fixed. I arrived at 8 AM and had to wait nearly 3 hours for the mechanic to show up, then another 2 hours for them to work on the car. Even after all that, the issue still was not fixed properly. I ended up wasting around $800 for poor workmanship and terrible customer service.

  Excellent services & customer service. I came in for 4 tires & an alignment this visit. I spoke with Lorenzo over the phone & he helped me with selecting the right tires for my driving needs. He made the process easy. The prices were reasonable. He scheduled me for an early morning appointment. Check was fast & easy. The Tech walked me around my car to show me what was recommended. He was easy to understand. I was in & out in no time. This is not my 1st visit here. I have never had a problem with Mavis. I’m leaving again as a satisfied customer.

  I had a great experience at mavis tires. Amanda helped me and was very smart and helpful. She took the time to explain everything to me and was never pushy or confusing. They did not have my tires in stock but she was able to get them the next day and I had my car back very fast. Overall great experience!

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes! I came in with a flat tire, and the team was incredibly helpful. A special shoutout to the coworker who goes by “Blue” he was kind, respectful, and went above and beyond to help me out. I really appreciate the excellent service. Thank you all again!

  I went to autozone because my check engine light came on and they said it was the thermostat. I bought a brand new one and they said they don’t use parts paid for by customers which I understand. The guy at the front counter told me that before jumping and spending money on a thermostat they’ll look it over. I went home and called back after a few hours, Loranzo (might be spelled wrong) said they’d call me. Another hour and change went by and I went in and got my car. I should’ve asked them to show me the hose they fixed because that same night it started leaking again. Next day i take it to autozone and change the thermostat in their parking lot and it hasn’t leaked since and the check engine light went off. From now on I might go to them for an alignment at most and I’ll still try to find a better shop.
