- KKKayvenom1 day ago1.0My husband purchased $2000 tires from Mavis about 2 months ago from the midland location.they were put on wrong and I went back to this location to get them fixed.YELLOW DOTS NEEDS TO BE ALIGNED WITH VALVE STEM so they balance correctly.which they weren’t.1st time brought them while Preston was there and still wasn’t put on correctly.now today sitting for almost 2 hours and they STILL weren’t put on correctly.all they did was balance them.not align them correctly atall.It’s almost like everyone there is incompetent.

Barely got the words out my mouth before the women Nicole working in the front held out her hand and said give me yours keys and the guy with long hair had my car up and looking at it quicker than I can say mavis tires and brakes. Sadly it wasn’t a tire issue but I give a 1000000/10 review because I will definitely be going back when I do have a tire issue!
