- SKSarah Krafcky4 days ago2.0Had to visit 3 times same day. Purchased tires through their website which were reasonably priced. They set me up appt next day. Took a little longer than anticipated. Got in car, left and noticed air pressure in ever tire was different so had to turn around. They fixed air pressure. Left again to go pick up kids and stiring wheel violently shakes side to side. Grab kids and valve stem covers from home and about to head back when noticed wheel is scratched (pic). Got back to mavis showed them and told them what happened. They took car back to rebalance front wheel which were never balance and took pictures of scratch and told id be contacted. Stiring wheel still shakes and still have not been contacted. The few i talked to their where great but would not return my car cause i now have to pay to get it fixed elsewhere.
- SSSamantha SpecialMay 13, 20261.0Went in to replace two tires, and they LOST MY KEYS. They did not tell me my keys were lost until I had been waiting there for an hour. My partner and I helped them sift through garbage cans, their front desk, and the bay area for another hour. It turns out they had allowed another customer to take my keys from the front desk. Luckily this person was a Samaritan and brought them back. After all this the tires took another hour and a half to get replaced- we were the only ones in the location at this point. We received apologies but still had to pay full price for services- despite having my keys effectively stolen (albeit accidentally). On top of that, they wanted another $100 to only replace 1/2 my lug nuts. In total, I was there for four hours to replace two tires, during 1/2 that time my keys were lost, and I had to sift through their trash cans to help look for them. And all this time, a stranger had my keys- including my house key. Cost me over $200, and they wanted another $100. Will never go back to someplace that would allow someone else to take my keys, accidental or not.

The price was also much better price than Discount Tires (which is where I initially planned to go). I’ve gone to Mavis a few times before and this experience solidified me as a lifetime customer.
