I have visited Mavis 2 times for slow leak in my tires. Both times I have presented to the store I have been greeted with a smile from all employees. I was in need of an alignment, and I thought I was going to have to wait at least a day or two before they could service my truck. However, they said they could have it done the same day. On top of that, for my older truck, to even do the alignment, they needed a special tool, so they went out and got it, which shows that they will go out of their way for a customer. The fact that they were even willing to work on my 36-year-old truck means something because understandably they come with there own set of challenges and also the service technician, Aaron, made sure the alignment was right, and he did it in a timely manner he did an excellent job. Everyone at the front desk was very professional. That is a great example of how a business is efficiently and professionally run.
