The Worst Service Experience Ever! I had one of the worst experiences at Grease Monkey. I went to the store for a full synthetic oil change and car service, and I was charged around $100. Unfortunately, the service was absolutely unacceptable. When I was leaving the store, the employee who worked on my car failed to properly secure the skid plate. Just about two miles down the road, I started hearing strange noises. At first, I thought it was a minor issue, but after getting on the highway, the noise became much louder. I couldn’t even drive at 20 mph safely. I had to turn around and drive all the way back while the skid plate was dragging against the road, making horrible noises and putting my car at risk of further damage. When I returned, the manager told me they would fix everything. However, the work they did afterward did not give me confidence that the problem had been properly handled. Now, just two weeks later, my car is showing a low coolant warning, which I had never experienced before this service. I paid for professional service and expected my car to be returned in proper condition, not to deal with new problems and worry about whether my vehicle is safe to drive. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of work, the lack of attention to detail, and the overall experience. Customers trust these shops with their vehicles, and basic things like properly securing a skid plate should never be overlooked. I would not recommend this place based on my experience. Think twice before trusting them with your car.

As a woman, when your vehicle starts messing up its gard to completely trust what a mechanic is telling (or selling) you. Tim is my car HUSBAND. He's so nice and helpful and truly makes me feel looked out for! Thank you

I went in for an oil service and these guys were fabulous. They checked the tire pressure in all four tires and adjusted them accordingly. Checked All the lights, and also found the air filter was extremely dirty and replaced it and they did it all within 20 minutes. Awesome job and for an unbelievable price of under $100, granted I did bring my own oil and oil filter, but my vehicle is a Ford F250 Superduty diesel.
