  I was going to come for an oil change but I over heard who I know now is a manager was being rude to the workers. The dynamic of this work place is unprofessional. I heard the manager is referring to the things of the work place as his and with customers around who wants to hear that 👎🏾

  Jojo provider exemplary customer service made some suggestions for my next visit getting my fuel injection system cleaned I will be returning soon to have that service completed!

  I cannot say enough good things about Express Oil Change. Their customer service is outstanding, they take the time to explain things without making you feel stupid, and I truly believe they are honest with their pricing and do everything they can to help their customers, especially when it comes to working with extended warranties. I stopped into Express Oil Change for a routine oil change, and they noticed a small leak in my engine and let me know about it. They continued to keep an eye on it each time I came in and always kept me informed. Once I was able to leave my vehicle with them, they spent hours dealing with my extended warranty company. Anyone who has ever dealt with an extended warranty knows that usually means sitting on hold forever. They handled all of that for me and helped get about 85% of the repairs covered, which was a huge blessing. They also pointed out that my tires were showing wire and needed to be replaced. I honestly had no idea, and I appreciated them bringing it to my attention instead of just ignoring it. Tim, one of the managers, has always been kind, knowledgeable, and great at communicating with me about what is going on with my vehicle. James, also a manager, kept me updated through texts every step of the way and patiently answered all of my questions and worries. Ash was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to break everything down so I understood exactly what was happening without ever making me feel pressured or taken advantage of. I have been going to Express Oil Change for at least three years, and I have never had a bad experience. Every visit has been met with honesty, professionalism, kindness, and customer service that goes above and beyond. In the world we live in today, kindness goes a long way, and I will take it any way I can get it. Thank you, Tim, James, Ash, and the entire Express Oil Change team for always taking such great care of me and my vehicle. ❤️🚗

  Ive had my oil changed here a few times now and always have excellent service. Fast friendly and very professional. Today there was a hickup. After leaving a short time later my low oil indicator came on. I imediatly stopped the truck and checked the oil. It was empty and there was fresh clean oil all over the skid plate. I called them up and told them what was going on. They immediately sent a tow truck out with no charge. Brought it back to the shop. Figured out the gasket had torn during instalation. Fixed the problem, cleaned all the oil off the undercarriage. Checked that there was no damage to the engine. Apologized sincerely and didnt charge me a dime for all of it. Things happen. They truly went above and beyond to make everything right. I will continue to use express in the future. Thank you for makeing everything good!
