- RRRobJul 3, 20261.0The third time I (or my family) has "reserved" a vehicle. Even called this morning ahead of time to confirm that the vehicle was there. Was told, yes. I showed up. Got told that there were no vehicles available. I could wait a few hours and see if someone brings back something. I booked this reservation 3 weeks ago. For a business, its crazy that you can "guarantee" a level of service for something that someone already booked but maybe give a 30% satisfaction rate due to always being over booked. We have plans to go out of town for the holidays and we're kind of relying on a business upholding their end up the bargain. But of course not. Called three other locations and had the same issue. Which is whatever considering that I didnt have active reservations with them. Do not book with Enterprise. You'll be extremely disappointed. We are 0/3 on reservations to being actually available when we attempted to pick up. 0 stars
