  They treat you with respect, considerate of your time. They also treat everyone the same, either your on a business lease, leisure lease or insurance lease, you are treated the same. Not to mention the military discount fur this disabled veteran.

  I only gave a one star because ZERO stars not an option. Made reservation, had a confirmation number, stood in line 20-30 minutes, (as there was only one employee at desk, and multiple customers in line), only to be told pick up truck that I had reservation for was unavailable, though I counted at least FOUR on lot. Upon bringing this to attention of employee at desk, was told ONE of them had been sold, no mention of the other THREE. I was further told, “reservation dept doesn’t really know if we have certain vehicles or not.” Well, here’s a suggestion- Have reservation dept give a disclaimer to customers, “We really don’t know if requested vehicle is there or not, take your chances”, or employer at location could check lot for availability, BEFORE customer arrives. In all fairness the young lady working the desk on today 6/28/26, at 2PM, on N Veterans Parkway was not rude, but was not at all helpful, and definitely swamped, being the only employee on duty at desk.

  During one of the most difficult times of my life, Enterprise went above and beyond to make me feel like part of their family. They didn't treat me like just another customer—they treated me with genuine compassion, kindness, and care. As I was frantically trying to get to my pappa during his final days, the staff stood by me every step of the way. They made sure I had reliable transportation to be with him and later ensured I had a rental to travel to and from his funeral services. Their empathy, generosity, and understanding meant more to me than words can express. In a time filled with grief and uncertainty, Enterprise provided not only a vehicle but also comfort, reassurance, and support. I will never forget the way they cared for me during such a heartbreaking season of my life. I highly recommend this Enterprise location to anyone looking for outstanding customer service. They truly go above and beyond, and I will absolutely return in the future.

  Very unprofessional. We scheduled a rental pickup 5 days before we were taking our vehicle to the body shop. We arrived just for them not to have a vehicle. They didn’t even offer to call another location to check availability. Don’t waste your time.
