  I had an outstanding experience with the Enterprise Car Rental location on Lumpkin Street in Columbus, GA. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient, making the pickup quick and hassle-free. The vehicle was in excellent condition—spotlessly clean inside and out—and was an absolute pleasure to drive. I also appreciated that all charges were explained clearly upfront, with no surprises, and the rental rates were very reasonable. What really set this location apart was the exceptional customer service. After I returned the vehicle, they even gave me a courtesy call to make sure everything had gone smoothly and that I was completely satisfied. That level of follow-up and attention to customers is rare these days. Overall, this was an exemplary rental experience. I highly recommend this Enterprise location to anyone needing a rental car in the Columbus area, and I won't hesitate to use them again the next time I'm in town.
