  I just feel like they could do more to help. Now it’s get you in and out as fast as possible they used to find you what car you wanted and all how you just get the luck of the draw they sold all audi vehicles company wide. Then for a bmw 228 sedan it’s like $75 a day plus gas and you can’t go over your mileage. Then some of the vehicles have ant problems. Some of the vehicles need oil changes most of them need work and are just sitting waiting to get the work done or I have an ant problem or some other random problem that you can get your money back for so they won’t rent it out until it’s fixed. I see why people rent u-haul trucks for 19.99 a day now there just smart af miss shay has helped me a lot

  Car smelled like smoke, took over 30 mins to get my rental after checking in with the rep and the windshield wipers were not good and it rained on my trip.
