  I have the unlimited car wash, which is besides the point. The fact is something is going wrong at this car wash so that my car is dirtier after I leave than when I came. Some type of soap is not being rinsed off so I end up with spots all over the hood

  One of the worst car washes I have been to. This place is so run down and it's obvious that there is very little supervision of the staff. The whole place seems like it has been there for decades with no upgrades and hasn't been maintained. Not to be confused with the other Caliber Car Wash in Phenix City, Al, which is supervised and operated way better.

  Cones were blocking the entrance to the non member lane, after waiting several minutes the guy who walked up to open the gate was clearly high as he reeked of weed and I had to repeat myself several times before he understood what I was saying. Not only this but the wash itself was a complete waste of time, 25$ and the vacuums don't even work, will never come back.

  I've been there 5 times in the past 4 years and everytime I go there are cones blocking the entry. I went today and waited 10 minutes hoping someone would come out and let me and another car behind me get a wash and noone ever showed. There were a few cars in the vacuum area and no cars in the wash itself. The other car behind me pulled back and left so I did too. Glad I didn't buy a membership online first. Will never be back !!

  I wish I could give 0 stars. Yall put a car wash on the south side and that’s definitely what it is giving. The vacuums are weak and barely conduction, the car wash itself is also weak . I paid 20 for a half ass wash job. Never again !
