  1st time going to this particular Autozone. I'm pretty sure everyone doesn't have the experience in car parts or accessories. Don't get me wrong,they are nice. Just gave me the wrong information because I was looking for a tie down for my battery. The girl that helped me was probably new and didn't know what I was talking about. She did manage to show me the area and asked me did I see it🤦🏿‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️. The manager told me was universal😐😐😐 Actually I had to return it for a refund and found the correct one I needed. Not a bad experience especially doing the refund and get the correct part.

Thanks, I would like to thank Ms. Carliese again for the excellent customer service she provided me, not once but also on (March 9, 2026), in finding the exact necessary and correct auto parts for my 2009 Honda Ridgeline, i.e., wipers and cabin filters etc., and gave me the best prices, second to none, compared to Amazon and Advanced Auto. She absolutely provided “WOW” service in Automotive assistance. She always demonstrates excellent communication and knowledge across all areas of auto parts and will double-check to ensure it’s always in accordance with Honda's required replacement parts. Thanks so much for what she does, and 10 stars for her attention to detail always. Ten stars for magnificent customer service.
