  I had an absolutely excellent customer service experience with Akelah. From start to finish, the service was professional, friendly, and attentive. I would definitely rent with Alamo again.

  The only reason for 2 stars is the fact that ONE lonely awesome agent took care of a dozen people without ANY assistance from the other 4 team members. She handle all of the customers with great care and diligence. The others just abandoned their post.

  The attendant whose name I think is Key was absolutely wonderful. She was helpful, attentive, and very respectful! I had such a positive experience with Key and the rental service! I will definitely rent a vehicle with the company again in the future.

  Rented a car through Costco and ended up this Alamo. They did not have the car I wanted and paid for (BMW 2 series vs Audi A3). Tried to give me a jeep but I have to drive far so declined, ended up getting a mustang at a reduced rate. Was told it was being cleaned and tank filled but would be brought around, was brought with half tank. Disappointing because I wanted to basically test drive a BMW or Audi and they didn’t even fill the tank so they are unreliable with what they tell you and what you get.
