  I would just like to say thank you to whoever that man was on feb 24th. he helped me carry my bags and saw that I was going through a really difficult time crying and offered to let me sit down and talk with him. one of them truly beautiful kind souls out there. You were trying to direct me to the right place while I was going through a really really hard time in my life. I also want to think all of the downstairs rental car workers for other companies that are around the construction by the road. Thank you so much for your help when I was having a really hard time.

  i don’t usually write reviews, but because i had a bad experience… alamo rent a car deserves a bad review. i reserved a car in December for a few days. reservation was made through Expedia under my name. when we arrived to check in to get our car, the person at the desk told us of a young renters fee, so we decided to switch it over to my mother in law so that we wouldn’t get charged. after coming back from the trip and turning in the car, we realized we got charged $150, despite saying we were going to switch everything over to my mother in law… i have been calling non stop for over a month now asking for a refund, still have not heard anything back and still have not received a refund. horrible experience, will not be renting from this location ever again. it should not take over a month to hear back and receive a refund. this needs to be fixed and hopefully never happen to anyone else. if i could give it 0/5 starts i would.
