- GBGem ButterfieldJun 26, 20265.0Initially when I bought my battery, I was pleased. However, I have been stuck twice with a dead battery. The guy yesterday told me it’s the starter not the battery. My shop told me a jump will not help a bad starter. I would like to speak with someone. The first time it died it wasn't even a year old! What needs to be done is replace the defective battery. It is still under warranty. There is obviously a defective cell. I must change my review, I went back in and explained to the manager. He was very nice and offered a new battery. He put it in, showed me the “test” results & I am pleased.
