  Very shady business. Bought a piece of glass for my car window from them and I was informed that it would be cut out, then later informed that they had to order a part to get the glass out. I was fine with the wait. When the part was finally ready(four days later) I asked about the refund policy if the part didn't work. They dodged that question and assured that the part would work. The window insulation specialist informed me that they ruined the mold by not taking the glass out properly. I called to inform them that I couldn't used it and asked about the refund again. They told me no and to take the part to someone else to install. That all that needed to be done was scrap the mold off and glue it to the car itself. I called the place that was recommended and the worker there informed me that it wouldn't look right, it could be done but wouldn't look right. The main point is I paid 105$ for a butchered piece of glass that I can't use. Below is pictures of the glass and you can see where the mold is cut up and how horrible it look. Now I am left with a piece of glass I can't use.

  My experience with this Company was unexpected and slap in the face! RIP off! They my car in for repairs! They kept my car for about 2 weeks to tell me to come get it, that they could not repair it! They claim they could not get the parts! I would ride by to check on results, and saw they kept my car on the lift, up in the air, outside for at least a week! Worse thing is that they removed my battery, replaced it with a dead one! They took one of my tires and replaced it with a tire I never heard of! They must have hit something and knocked my car out of line! When I confronted them, of course they denied it and would not offer any assistance! The owner told me that he was not going assist, to do whatever I wanted to do! BE WARNED ⚠️ They are who they say they are "SALVAGE" ! Never again. I'll walk first!
