  I’m writing this review because I decided to give this location another try since it’s very close to my home, and this experience was completely different from my last visit. The customer service was much better this time, and I truly believe Cam and Noah were the reason why. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me, got me signed in quickly, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. They consistently let me know where my car was in the process, whether it was being prepared or washed, and when it would be ready. That level of communication made a huge difference. What stood out most was how attentive they were to every customer in the building. Cam and Noah made sure everyone was helped efficiently and respectfully. I even watched them assist a woman with luggage by walking her outside and helping roll her bags to her ride from the airport. That kind of service is rare these days. Honestly, both of them deserve to move into management positions because they handled the environment professionally, acknowledged every customer, and kept things moving smoothly and quickly. My reservation was at 12:00 PM, and I was out by 1:00 PM Eastern Time, which was a major improvement compared to my last visit when I waited 3 to 4 hours with little to no updates. Great job, Cam and Noah. You both made a huge difference in my experience.

  Noah was extremely knowledgeable and friendly with my rental. I'm big on customer service and this location has it. The rental process was fast and phenomenal. The 2026 Honda CRV was a smooth ride. I recommend anyone to the Main St location in College Park, GA. This is my new car rental home.

  Enterprise is my go to car rental company and Main Street is my favorite location. Top notch customer service! My last two pick ups were handled by Mikayla (sp) and she was absolutely amazing and accommodating. She was so informative and professional. During last pickup, we observed Noah manage the crowd and give updates. He showed appreciation to his staff at the same time. Love Enterprise , Main Street location.

  If I can give them zero starts I would. On April 9th I had a reservation with them to pick up a mini van. I had family members flying in at 8am on April 10th. On April 9th I had questions regarding my reservation so I had my family member who booked the reservation for me contact the team to ask those questions. As the questions were answered the manager also responded saying they do not have any mini vans and they will have cancel my reservation. It was around 1PM and I was still not told by any office member with enterprise that they will be canceling my reservation. I took it upon my self to call enterprise. once I called a lady answered I briefly told her what was going on and she responded that all minivans in the state of Georgia were recalled also that it was busy at the store and she will call me back in about an hour. HOURS went by and I was yet to get a call back from them so I took it upon myself once again and gave them a call. A different manager (Leroy) answered. After telling Leroy what was going on, I was yet to get any type of help. He basically told me that they do not have any minivans to give me due to people extending their prior reservations. Now the stories between the first manager who I spoke to, and Leroy does not add up because how did we go from all minivans being recalled to reservations being extended as the reasoning on why I cannot get a minivan. Due to it being the day before I needed to pick up the minivan, I asked if it is possible for me to at least get a car at this point because I needed anything to at least have half my family ride in my personal vehicle and the other half ride in the rental, but Leroy told me that there is nothing that they could do pricewise if I was to rent a regular car so I’ll be paying about three times what I was originally supposed to pay for the minivan due to it being the a day before booking it. This branch of enterprise lack communication skills. A very sorry excuse of an enterprise. Do not recommend! In addition to all of this, as I expressed my concerns and worries to Leroy; he LACKED compassion while also have quite an attitude. Very sassy for a “Man”. -Asia B

  It was a busy weekend so I had to wait a bit for the car to be prepped but staff was managing things well. Kim and Leroy were pleasant and kept me updated. The car (2026 Kia K4) was very clean and worth the value. Cam and Noah helped me with my return and made it a quick & easy process. Overall great staff and car, I would rent from here again.
