  I've rented from this Enterprise for the last couple of years and I rent often. Customer service is always exceptional. Leroy & Kim are always so helpful. No long wait times and the vehicles are always clean. I will continue to use this location for my rental car needs.

  Thank You to Noah Williams, Kameron, And the rest of the staff. My Aunt, Mrs. Clarke and my family had a reservation at another branch and were NOT able to accommodate our reservation. We were traveling to Alabama for a funeral and Noah and his team were more than courteous and understanding of our plight. I hope these young men are acknowledged by upper management for their professionalism and Humanity. This is how you take care of your Customers Enterprise!

  I have car rental, from hapeville location but the A/C only works on 60 and high temp, on back seats was not cool enough, I have my girls, I call this location to switch before drive to there they said yes. When I get there didn't want switch they send me back to hapeville location. Bad service

  The car was full of stains on all of the seats. It made a rattling sound as it was driven. Both front seats took practically ripping them out in order to push them back. And the drivers seat was permanently in a high position where my tall husband struggled each time he had to get into the vehicle. This was definitely one of the worst vehicles we have ever rented and honestly an embarrassment that it’s in your inventory. We didn’t wait to the last minute to rent this car and should have been rented something more suitable. We were expecting a better working vehicle.

  It took over an hour for them to complete the process of rental pick up. First they get me into a car and then tell me they actually gave the car to someone else, so I have to exit the car. Then they find a car for me, but it needs to be cleaned. After already waiting 40 minutes, you can imagine the irritation. I wait another 5 minutes and they tell me the car is ready. We walk out & it’s the same car they just told me was rented to someone else. I’m thinking i’m finally finished and then they tell me I have to come back inside because their payment device wasn’t working…. I will never be back to this location.
