This was a pretty good experience going through enterprise for our rental vehicle. I would’ve given it five stars, but there was A mixup with the return time of the vehicle. So I was either going to get charged for another day or return the vehicle. The woman at the return area was super helpful. She was able to adjust my rental so I didn’t get Overcharged. The state that I rented the vehicle in and the state that I returned the vehicle in are on different time zones. So that caused some confusion. thank goodness, the woman was there and was able to give me the best result and I was not charged for an extra day. The car was really clean and it ran fine. It was a long trip and having a decent car made it easier.

Well I hope this reaches someone of importance.. I was really disappointed in the service of my vehicle that I just returned 06-30-2026. To the Hartsfield-Jackson Airport in Atlanta. I had a horrible experience with the (Enterprise) Road side assistance..Thank god there were really some guardian angels out on the road way during my lil road trip. Because again that piece of crap road side would have caused me to miss everything I had planned. Long story short when I got back to Atlanta today to return the car. I was blessed to have been able to deal with the Branch Manager Nnamdi and he listened and took heed to all my concerns and frustrations with the car and Roadside assistance and their negligence.. For all the inconvenience he ended up taking care of half of the charges for me. As well as just overall showing excellent customer service, consideration of my dilemmas and conflict resolution skills!! He gets 10 stars ⭐️’s from me!!

We rented a car from Enterprise located in the Hartsfield International Airport in Atlanta on June 7, 2026 The first car they put us in had no air conditioning. We unloaded our luggage and was put into another car. We had the contract for the first car, but was never given one for the 2nd car. We'll, we had a problem clearing the gate because we didn't have a paper contract to show the attendant. She finally found it in the computer. Still no paper contract. I called Enterprise Customer Care and the lady said that she would take care of it, and email or text me a copy. A week later I still didn't have it. I couldn't file the car rental on my insurance without it. I called back a week later and my first call wasn't even in the computer. The 2nd call was sucessful and I got what I needed. Upon turning the car in, I had the costs of the rental taken out of my bank account, but didn't get an invoice. Now, I have to go through the hassle of calling Customer Care again. I can't file the insurance claim without everything. I will never use Enterprise again. What made it especially hard was that I rented the car because my car was stolen out of the airport parking deck while I was gone. Dealing with this car rental on top of everything else was a nightmare. The individual that was on the desk that night was very hateful. When I walked up to the desk he snapped at us and asked if we had a reservation and told us that we couldn't rent a car without a reservation. How would I know that? I've never rented a car before, and I had just gotten off of a long flight and arrived to find that my car had been stolen. There is a way to approach people in a professional manner. I am elderly and find it appalling how companies allow employees to speak to customers. This incident really made Enterprise look bad. Shame on you. Kathryn Moore Anniston, AL

To quote an often quoted bad review, "if I could leave zero stars I would". This experience was a nightmare from the beginning. I had a horrible experience with Enterprise at Richmond International Airport in April 2026 but thought it was a fluke because I have been an Enterprise member for years and had nothing but great experiences--but no, it wasn't a fluke. We picked up our 2025 Nissan Rogue from Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson airport and it started having an audible alarm and a warning light that said a sensor was blocked. We contacted Enterprise and they offered to trade the car but we needed to check local Enterprises to see if they had a compact SUV (paid almost $1000 for the rental but I needed to call and find a replacement vehicle). The local Enterprises said they didn't. THEN, the representative said "oh, don't call and check if they have one--just go, they will always tell you they don't have one." Ahhhhhh, tricks of the trade I see. So, we rode to the beach for 6 hours with an audible alarm every few minutes. There was nothing mechanically wrong with the car. They offered for us to drive 2 hours back to Hartsfield for the trade--so kind. Our flight home was cancelled because of weather so we were going to need to drive this alarm ridden vehicle 8 hours home instead of dropping it off at Jacksonville Airport as planned. Multiple phone calls and being told "it is taken care of" when in fact it wasn't. Still received notifications to confirm the return to JAX--even though taking it to Richmond "had been taken care of". They also tried to charge me almost $400 for the return to RIC. I was getting emails from the ATL crew that I could return it anywhere and the phone rep was telling me it was almost $400 to return it to RIC "but I could if I wanted to have the charge". I received assurance that I would not be charged the fee but--you guessed it, I was charged "extra time and distance". I will say the ATL manager took the extra time and distance off the final bill but the difficulties of this entire experience are beyond belief. One thing I have noticed Enterprise is really good at is sending you an email when there is a bump in the road and asking how they can make it better. When you respond with how they can make it better....crickets....they ghost you. Bye Enterprise, hope I never see you again.

Picked car up at Atlanta airport about 3p and stopped at grocery before heading to destination in Atlanta. Key fob wouldn't work to open car after shopping. So I called Enterprise. The representative had me try the manual key on the fob and I was able to open door after a few attempts but that set the alarm off! Wasn't sure how to stop that but released trunk while had car unlocked and got my luggage. Shutting door didn't stop alarm. I tried inserting manual key again and alarm stopped thank God! I was still on the phone with rep. She told me she would send a tow truck for the car and text me link for uber to take me to closest Enterprise location. Rush hour so waited about 45- 60 min for tow. Called Uber who took me to Cheshire Bridge Rd location but it was closed. Rep was still inside so knocked on door. She opened door but said she didn't have a car. The uber had not left yet because he stayed to help me with my luggage and groceries. So I called Enterprise again and explained situation again. Rep tried to find another location but back to the airport was the only option. I told rep uber was still with me and willing to take me to airport but rep said he had to order another one. I asked if I could just have the first uber take me to my destination and maybe Enterprise could bring me car today. Rep said couldn't bring me car unless I was 50 miles away from an Enterprise location. So the first uber waited with me until second uber arrived. Second uber brought me to airport and dropped me off at car rental center. So now I have carry on bag, backpack and groceries to lug around. Go up to the Enterprise counter where rep told me I had to go downstairs to return area to swap a car. So I go down to ground level where airport worker tells me that pedestrians can't cross the road to return center and he pointed up to crosswalk I needed to use. So I went back up to second floor and walked across. Only sign I saw was for National. So I took the elevator down to ground floor of the return building and then I didn't see any signs and only a few workers who were receiving cars. So I walked over and asked how to get to Enterprise and they pointed me back to where I had just come from. So I went back up to where all the signs said National. I was greeted by the rep there and asked how I was doing. (Sorry I didn't ask his name so I could give him a glowing review, because he was very kind and listened to my experience for the day.) He didn't send me to Enterprise return area. Told me to wait where I was and he would bring me a car. I asked if he could do that since the sign said National. He said he could and would print new contract and email to me. Asked if I needed a sedan or could use SUV. Told him I didn't want big SUV. He said OK and came back shortly with a nice size vehicle for me. He helped me load my stuff and I finally made it to my destination about 9p! What a day! But thanks to that great rep at National desk, it ended on a positive note. Not a typical Enterprise experience. Usually Enterprise rentals go smoothly for me. But my rental fee was discounted for the inconvenience. And the kindness and caring of that last rep saved the day. I will use Enterprise again next time.
