    I’ve always enjoyed renting with Enterprise, which is why this experience was disappointing. I modified my reservation to an earlier pickup time of 7 AM while keeping the drop-off time at 7 PM specifically so the rate would remain the same. Earlier this year, I made a similar adjustment with no issue. Unfortunately, the front desk representative seemed frustrated when I explained that the price should not have increased. It appeared there may have been some confusion or lack of knowledge regarding the pickup policy. What disappointed me most was that there was no real attempt to escalate the issue to a manager or fully understand what I was asking for before simply saying, “We don’t do that.” I also overheard the conversation with the manager, and my concern was not explained accurately, which made the interaction even more awkward. My original rate was $223, but I was told it had increased to $275, even though the pickup and drop-off timeframe should have qualified for the same pricing structure. I would strongly recommend additional customer service training focused on communication, active listening, and problem resolution, because in this situation the ball was dropped. On a positive note, the Jamaican gentleman working at the exit booth was outstanding. He immediately recognized that something was wrong, listened to my concerns, and resolved the issue quickly and professionally without any hassle. His attitude and willingness to help completely turned the experience around, and he deserves recognition for his excellent customer service. I love Enterprise !!!!!!!

    My husband And I returned our car rental on 5/13/26 in Atlanta. Liam helped us tremendously and we were and are so appreciative. We were flying home after coming to Georgia for a funeral. My husband has mobility issues and we had lots of luggage. We couldn’t take our luggage to the airport Check-in. He drove us to check in at Delta and helped my husband get a wheelchair . He helped me get my luggage to curbside check in. We are so thankful and we caught our plane on time. God Bless Enterprise for hiring such excellent employees and providing outstanding customer service. We will definitely use Enterprise again and hope we won’t have that much luggage again 😊

    The manager’s special is not a good deal at all. You’ll pay more when you book it and end up with a compact car. When you think of a manager’s special, you expect some kind of upgrade. I couldn’t even get a midsize SUV; I had to pay extra when they had midsize to large vehicles available. I don’t want to hear about availability because if they could charge me extra for it, they could have let me choose at least a midsize SUV for the manager’s special, and they could see that I’m 6’6, why would ride in a vehicle that I can barely fit in. The manager’s special should be called “manager’s discretion.” If I could give this location a zero because of my experience, I would! - Edward

    This company is a scam. I rented a car and prepaid for the fuel which was supposed to be 86.00. When I returned the car they charged me 104.40, I immediately went to the manager counter and he stated it was a mistake and he was going to fix it and the next day the charge of 104.40 posted so I called in and they had another manager call me back stating he was going to fix it etc. the next day I had another transaction post for the same amount 104.40 so now I have two duplicate charges posted to my account when I was supposed to get a credit. I called in 6x after this and I can’t get anyone to tell me why I was charged 2x duplicate transactions and never given the refund. So now I’m having to go thru my bank to dispute transactions when all they had to do was refund me and not charge me 2x. Everyone has been unprofessional hanging up in my face telling me call my bank it’s not their problem when in reality it’s their fault they have people working who don’t know how to do simple refunds and overcharging me twice for gas when it was supposed to be only 86.00 I was charged 208.00 this company is worst than budget I rather deal with budget any day this company is scamming to stay above. Never again

    The vehicle was beautiful and served out needs-- moving our kid out of his dorm. I had reserved a very large vehicle (Expedition/Tahoe) because we knew we were going to have a LOT of stuff to move but when I got outside to "select my vehicle", I was told there were none in that size group and I was directed to a regular full sized SUV (Chevy Traverse) or a mini van. I was not happy. I feel like if you reserve a certain sized vehicle, you should get that sized vehicle. I asked if any were being returned within the next hour and no one knew. Thankfully, one did turn up about 20 min later and I was able to get it but that was a very stressful 20 minutes. Enterprise is not the only rental company that does this to people, but I would encourage you to stop. People need to know the vehicle they will be receiving. If I had accepted the Chevy Traverse, I would have had to make two 8-hour round trips to get his stuff where I needed to. Please do better.
