- KPKaren PetersonSep 11, 20241.0Oh my gosh! This was the worst experience we have ever had with a rental car company. We landed on n Atlanta at 5:30, did not check any bags so went straight the rental car shuttle then straight to the budget counter. The line was already long maybe 15 people in front of us. Two agents attending to customers. About an hour later we are still in line and folks are noticeably loosing patience. At this point the line length has about doubled what it was when we got there. One agent leaves. Now folks are getting vocal. One person asked if there is a manager she can talk to - “no but they have already called for more help”. No help ever showed up. It took another HOUR before we were through the line! It was difficult finding a restaurant that was open past 8:00 in order to feed our son. RIDICULOUS! We will never use Budget again.
