  Worst nightmare on a rocky ridge ram I ever had then the salesman lying to my face with the evidence right in front of him then to the boss cj or jc worthless worthless all they did was lie . It had nothing to do with getting in and out of the truck it had to do with the paint issues and steering wheel issues, safety issues and we took it 3 times to get the paint fixed and they never touched the truck but they can say anything they want and I got rid of the truck because I can’t stand Jacky jones nothing but liars there! Such a shame don’t ever do business with them

  My husband and I were involved in a minor accident in my Lincoln MKX. We took it to Jacky Jones Collision to get it repaired. We have had accidents before and it was a nightmare dealing with insurance adjusters and repair shops. Just want to thank Vito at the Collision Department for making our experience a dream. He kept me informed of the hidden damage worked with the adjuster and went above and beyond to take good care of us. Treated us like family. My husband and I are so blessed to have taken our vehicle there. They did a fantastic paint job and it looks brand new again. Thank you Vito and Chad in the shop for everything yall did for us. We will recommend Jacky Jones Collision to everyone we know that needs their vehicle fixed right. We even got it back sooner than they told us. Great job guys. We are happy customers for sure and will definitely use you again if needed. Thanks so much for a great job and above excellent customer service. You that people right for surr.
