Had an amazing experience at Jacky Jones CDJR. London was our manager. We came from Florida to buy a truck with specific features this one had. Everyone was very professional and respectful with no pressure to buy any unnecessary add‑ons or packages (unlike many other places)

Service team, specifically Harrison and the mechanics were top-notch. Diagnosed a complicated issue with my Grand Cherokee and got it fixed in a few days.
Can't say enough good things about this dealership. I was driving down from NC so it was a 5+ hour drive and these guys went above and beyond for me. I wasn't able to make it down there until a few days after my original intended day or arrival due to a family emergency out of state and they held the car for me until I was able to make it down even though they had several people calling to inquire about the car. Paul Hopewell was my salesman and he was laid back and very easy to work with. William Jackson in the finance department was great as well, he had everything ready for me so all I had to do was sign the paperwork. I drove back to NC extremely happy with my 2022 Mustang Mach 1!

I was referred here by State Farm because a car wreck caused the Windshield to start leaking from the top. I am beginning to suspect the mechanic may not have even properly inspected the car for any warp or torsion. He claims a rear end could not cause the windshield seal to fail. The attached photo will prove this is not true.
The insurance agent implored us to bring it to the shop as quickly as possible to stop any further water damage. I made it very clear when speaking with the mechanic, Vito, that the car had a leak at the top of the windshield caused by the accident and needed to be kept dry while being repaired
Upon getting the car back and paying the $1000 Deductible on a $4000 job we find out that the mechanic did not even bother to assess the windshield.
At some point, the mechanic decided that we were lying about the windshield leak being caused by the wreck. There was barely any cosmetic damage to the car at all, which is why we were originally not going to bring it in. However, the day after the wreck, it started raining and water was coming in the top of the windshield.
The car did nothing but sit in the driveway for one day before it started raining. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that the wreck caused the leak in the windshield.
Now, because of Vito and Jackie Jones collision I am out $1000 and we have to resubmit the insurance claim to see if we can get this fixed somewhere else.
This is an example of at best ineptitude and at worst outright dishonesty from Jackie Jones collision and Vito.

After shopping around on the north end of Atlanta, I drove 50 miles to do business with Jacky Jones in Cleveland to buy my 2026 1500.
Why? Bill and the team at Jacky Jones were helpful, transparent, and knowledgable. And I 100% believe I got the fairest of prices. They were so respectful and super-super-low pressure through the whole process.
But why did I drive an hour to do business with _them?_ If you've looked at Atlanta dealership's websites, the posted prices look amazing. Until you start digging. Many of the dealers' disclosure of discounts applied to the price were mirky at best. Turns out, the prices many times include discounts that the vast majority of buyers just can't qualify for. JJ didn't play any of those games and even did research to unwind competing prices, saving me a bunch of frustration. The JJ posted price was 100% transparent.
I'd 100% buy from Jacky Jones again.
