- MSMike Schrembs5 days ago5.0i've been using Enterprise for years, but had not had the need to rent a vehicle for quite some time as my travel needs changed. when this travel opportunity arose, i did not hesitate to contact enterprise. they did not disappoint. the staff at the Cleveland GA location went out of their way to make sure my rental transaction went smoothly. staff were friendly, helpful and communication was excellent. i will not hesitate to contact the Cleveland GA location when my next rental need arises.

However the 2026 Camry that I rented was filthy I could barely see out of the windshield. The staff member did not take the time to go over the features of the EV vehicle that I rented. I had to figure out all the bells and whistles on my own. The front two tires were thread bear and slick. I was provided no rental agreement or paperwork until I received a link the next business day. Additionally it took 11 business days to get my deposit back on the vehicle after I returned it. The website stated 5 to 10 business days. I had to call the office and inquire when I would receive the deposit back and the gentleman said it should be the next day. I rented many cars from this establishment this by far was the most disappointing rental in the past few years.
