  The Cleveland, Georgia location is the location I’ve rented the most from over the years In the last couple of years, Miles and Quinox are absolutely the most attentive and hard-working managers I’ve ever encountered. They both did absolutely everything and anything to make sure that me and my seven kids had everything we needed every time we had to rent a vehicle, which was quite frequently the last couple of years due to car issues They both have been relocated to new locations and they will be sorely missed. I know that Q had an opportunity to train the new guy named Jason and he seems to be following in their footsteps on the level of professionalism and genuine caring

  I have rented multiple times, USUALLY workers in person are pretty good, but if you need phone support or have an emergency that you need to call into the branch for then just forget about it you are on your own. They always let the phones ring to voicemail. Probably the worst company I have seen at answering the phones. Super annoying when you are paying $100 a day to be blown off. Tried call 4 times today with an emergency and no one was willing to answer the phone. This has happened 3 times now on 3 different rentals. Maybe I should reverse the charges, so someone is forced to actually call me and get on the phone.

  If you can get someone on the phone it's a miracle.... I tried calling 7 times across 2 days.... they just let it ring. Likely the worse communication I have ever seen at a professional service company.
