  Did not honor reservation made weeks previously for a specific vehicle. I waited 2 days and was told that the vehicle I reserved was available. When I arrived the agent stated that the other agent made a mistake but there was a vehicle available. The agent made it very difficult to rent the available unit. It took over a hour. The Cleveland Ga. Enterprise rental agency needs training in customer service.

  Do not rent from the Cleveland ga Enterprise they will harass you with false claims stating you are not staying in touch with them , rude and disrespectful over the phone. I have proof of phone calls and texts.

  When I called to make a reservation and have the car dropped off at our hotel, due to our vehicle having broken down, the person I spoke to did not speak English well. Every time she said the car could be picked up, I stated 'no ma'am, I need the car (delivered to the hotel because our vehicle is in the shop.' This occurred throughout the phone call, which lasted at least 20 minutes. The next morning, the car was not delivered. When I called Enterprise, I was advised that the car was reserved as a pick-up and that he was the only one in the office. The maintenance guy at our hotel was kind enough to drive me there, about 8 miles.
