  I dropped my car off to repair a broken hose. They never mentioned any diagnostic fee. When I was sent the estimate, a diagnostic fee of $225 was automatically approved. I approved the rest of the overpriced estimate ($764) with the expectation of having my car back the next day. A few hours later I received another estimate with an updated total of $1,200. Apparently this mechanic shop ordered the wrong hose and the first estimate only covered a few hours of labor. The new estimate was for an additional 3 hours of labor to replace the correct hose. If you did a diagnostic test, you'd know what hose needed to be replaced the first time. I told them I didn't want the expensive repair and I'd come get my car. The mechanic was extremely rude and acted like they did me a favor by looking at the car. Looking at it is the least you could do for $225. Ordering the wrong part and making more work for yourself is on you. I took my car to a local competitor and got amazing service. They stayed after closing to look at it for FREE, were courteous and I paid $400 total for the labor, antifreeze and the correct hose. Everyone I have spoken to after my experience has told me Sutton are crooks and needs a class in manners. I completely agree. $1,200 to replace a $100 hose is insane behavior.

  Very pleasant experience with Sutton! They came and helped us in a bind. Stuck on the side of the road. They came roadside and got us up and running fast and efficient. Office staff and gentleman I spoke with were very professional and affordable.

  I stopped by Sutton Tire yesterday to get two new tires put on, and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed. Not only did they get me in and out quickly, but they went above and beyond and detailed the car while it was there — completely unexpected and genuinely appreciated. The team was professional, friendly, and the pricing was very fair. It’s rare to find a place that does quality work at a good price AND treats you like a valued customer. Sutton Tire checked every box. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the area. #CustomerForLife

  Been going to them for a good bit now! Never been disappointed in the work. Very friendly customer service and good prices. They always want to help out and do the best for their customers.
