My experience was more than five stars. Let’s start with my call at 9 a.m. to confirm my 2 p.m. appointment. Ms. Erin was very pleasant and attentive to my needs and assured me she'd let the staff know. upon my arrival at about 1:30 p.m. I entered acted with service advisor Jay. He asked probing questions about why I was there and recommended service based on my miles. I needed them ro check the front passager tire and rear driver's side tire because they were illuminated on the dash.
Jay assured me that the tech would be checking and making sure the tires are road safe and reset the messages. He was attentive as well because I had to be at work at 3:30. I was not rushing the technician but he took the time to check all four not just the 2 that were illuminated on the dash. After inspecting the tires, no foreign objects were found which is a good thing. I was ready to close the service ticket. Jay stated that if the tire pressure light comes back on to stop by and they will be happy to take a look. I made it to work Sade. Mavis's team on Cheshire Bridge Rd, thank you 😊🫶. Continue providing superb customer service I appreciate it.
