  Service department is great. I didn't buy my Toro 42 zero turn from them but they did some warranty work anyway (tab on clutch broke). Good communication. The mechanic was amazing... Took about 2 minutes to figure out what was wrong after inspecting all the connections. About a week or so for the part to come in and I am back in business. I have learned my lesson... I will deal with these local guys to buy and get service.

  Received the best customer service as always at Reed and Reed Sales !!! John and Jagger were very helpful and informative on my Artic Cat !! I absolutely love it and can’t wait for my next purchase from them !!

  I feel as if the ownership has changed... I bought our mower paid in full,Got the box with hats coozies and letters thanking us for business.. was very pleased. Customer service very friendly and helpful... As of lately (this year) they have not been the same . This place has really went down hill!! We pull in and a lady outside with dog looks was no help and kinda rude when she approached us... Not a lot of help from parts counter.. but ok .. Now I have called twice for parts, left numbers and messages as no one picks up .. I'd look elsewhere for now, until management gets it figured out...

  Read and read done a great job I was looking for a new Kubota tractor and Branson tractor at that time it's called something now but it was like $10,000 difference in the price and I ain't had no issues I've had it for 4 years now I've had no issues with the tractor and I sure thank them for the experience I had with them they was easy to deal with
