  I came from Florida out of town to Chatsworth to visit family and I was 500 miles overdue for an oil change..I had an appointment scheduled on Saturday however, when I went into the shop, the computers were down so they told me to bring it back in another day. I brought it back in Monday as I was heading back home and really needed to get my oil changed. When I got there, the parking lot was full and they were very backed up. I had a conversation with Ben and told him that I had a long 7 1/2 hour drive ahead of me to see if there was anything he do to get me in as soon as possible. That is exactly what Ben did. The technicians also checked and recommended that I needed to get an alignment done. As I sat there anxiously waiting for all of these things to be Completed, Ben kept me occupied with sharing life stories all the while carrying on with his shop duties. in between times Josh and Ricky would continuously check in with the progress of my vehicle being completed. I was very satisfied with everyone’s performance, professionalism and friendliness. I am glad to say I made it back home to Florida safely and with a peace of mind my vehicle was in top running condition. Sincere Elita Markey

  Went in last minute on Saturday afternoon to have two rear tires on my mower changed out. I brought the tires with me and Ben and one other manger along with Nathan had me in and out in know time. Not only did they have me in and out but they took the time to have to teach two of the tech the easiest way to handle smaller tires like tractor tires.

  Y'all Nathan Curtis at Mavis in Chatsworth GA did an amazing job. Quick and made things so easy! Y'all need to go visit him for all your automotive and Tire needs!!

  Had my work truck serviced there for the first time and will definitely be a return customer. Local Chevy dealership screwed up the balance on my tires amd couldn't seem to get it right, then another local tire shop attempted balancing them twice amd ciuld get it. Just over an hr as a walk in customer and truck was serviced with a rotate and balance and everything is smooth again. Keep up the great work Mavis team.

  Went there to change both my front tires and alignment and my rear tires and brakes had no issue AT ALL.The guy who was supposed to change tires tried to upsell me and said my rear brakes needed new rubber as he said brakes were METAL TO METAL even though they had NO ISSUE AT ALL;NO NOISES WHILE HITTING THE BRAKES….AT ALLLLL. They changed front tires but my brakes started making weird metal scratching over metal sound,from by REAR tires,super bad noise but before going inside Mavis NO NOISE MADE NOT AT ALL Now the manager tells me it’s a MACHINE and this can happen and gave an example of the time when someone drove inside their store for something and his car broke down JUST LIKE THAT the minute he drove in and Mavis didn’t do nothing about it. Yall DIDN’T EVEN TOUCH my rear tires and brake ; only changed both front tires;re-aligned my car and all of sudden my brakes are making the most irritating noise. Please tell me this was NOT YALLS FAULT.
