  I am very disappointed with my recent experience. The last time I came here (in June), I paid about $80 for an oil change. A few days ago, I returned and was charged $108. No one explained that there were different oil options available or asked which one I wanted. After noticing the price difference, I called the shop and asked about oil change prices for my vehicle without mentioning that I had recently been there. I was told that my car can use an oil option that costs around $55. However, during my visit, they automatically used a much more expensive oil without discussing the options or obtaining my approval. Customers should be informed of available choices and pricing before any work is performed. Charging for a premium service without clearly explaining it first is not acceptable. Transparency and communication are important, and unfortunately, that was missing in my experience. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this business based on how this situation was handled.

  I stopped by Express Oil Change and Tay was very helpful and kind to me. He topped off the coolant in my Mercedes Benz GLA 250 (as a courtesy). I am due for my Service B and I have an appointment for my mechanic in 2 weeks. However, my “check coolant level” light appeared days ago and I was very worried about so I wanted a mechanic to look right away. Tay looked out for me. Thanks Tay! Will definitely use them to get new tires in the future or if my regular mechanic shop is unavailable!

  Derrick and team are simply the best, we don't take our cars anywhere else! You can expect honesty, professionalism, and quality work. These are truly the nicest and best people and they make inconvenient car issues less of a pain—can't recommend them enough! If you need a patch, an oil change, or a quote, you can guarantee you will get what you need.
