  I pulled in the lot and no one came to the car so I walked in and nobody was at the front desk, I then proceed to take photos and was going to leave and then seen Marlon step outside and take photos of my van in which I went asked why he didn't step outside and greet me but can step outside and take a picture of me when I'm driving off

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service — They Made Sure I Was Safe! I had an excellent experience at Express Oil Change and would definitely recommend this location to anyone! I was driving an Enterprise rental car that was making a strange clinging and banging noise, especially at lower speeds. I brought the vehicle to Express Oil Change, and the Service Manager, Derrick, took very good care of me from the moment I arrived. Most importantly, he actually listened to what I was telling him instead of brushing off my concerns. The technician took the car for a test drive, heard the noise I was talking about, and immediately started checking the vehicle. After removing one of the tires and opening it up, they discovered there was an actual cigarette lighter INSIDE the tire, rolling around and hitting against the wheel! I couldn’t believe it! They removed the cigarette lighter and made sure the tire was safe. They also took the extra time to check the vehicle because the windshield washer fluid warning light was on and the engine oil level was low. They made sure everything was taken care of before sending me back on the road. What impressed me the most was that this wasn’t even my personal vehicle—it was an Enterprise rental—but Derrick and the technician still treated me and the vehicle with care and took my safety seriously. Thank you, Derrick and the Express Oil Change team, for listening, finding the problem, and making sure I was safe before I left. Five stars all the way! I highly recommend this location!

  ⭐️ Extremely disappointed and concerned about my experience at Express Oil Change in Sandy Springs, GA I went to Express Oil Change in Sandy Springs yesterday after my tire pressure warning light came on shortly after leaving my grandson’s doctor’s appointment. I was 2½–3 hours from home, so I was already concerned about having a tire issue that far away. The tire had lost approximately 30 pounds of pressure. I checked it myself before going in and didn’t see anything obvious stuck in the tire. I went to Express specifically because I regularly use Express Oil Change in my hometown and expected the same level of service and concern for my safety. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. They essentially did what I had already done myself—looked at the tire for anything obvious—then added approximately 5 pounds of air and sent me on my way. That was it. They did not remove the tire to properly inspect it. They did not check the valve stem. They did not inspect the rim for a crack or damage. They did not appear to perform any kind of thorough leak test. They made no real attempt to determine WHY the tire had lost 30 pounds of pressure. How is adding a few pounds of air to a tire that has suddenly lost 30 pounds considered properly addressing the problem? I wasn’t asking them to magically fix something they couldn’t fix. I was asking them to find out what was wrong and determine whether it was actually safe for me to drive another 2½–3 hours away from home. Instead, I was sent back onto the highway with the same unresolved problem I came in with. What makes this even more frustrating is that I was traveling with my family after taking my grandson to a medical appointment. I was already dealing with enough stress without having to wonder whether the tire I was just told was apparently okay was going to lose pressure again on the interstate. Thankfully, I eventually made it home, but the fact that I had to do so without ever knowing why the tire lost that much air is unacceptable. I have used Express Oil Change back home and had a completely different impression of the company. This experience has seriously changed the way I view the brand. If this is the level of attention given to a customer who comes in with a tire that has suddenly lost 30 PSI, I would strongly recommend thinking twice before relying on this location when you’re dealing with a potential safety issue. Adding air is not diagnosing a problem. When a tire has lost that much pressure, I expect a professional shop to actually investigate the cause—not glance at it, add a little air, and send the customer back onto the road. Very disappointing, and honestly, very concerning.
