  Derreck is a good dude. I usually go to get the oil changed for the company vehicles because they have a fleet account with Express Oil Change. I went in with my personal car this time, lo and behold Derreck still had the same great attentiveness and positive energy. Great Customer service all around and they were fast, they lived up to their name, with the 10 minute oil change.

  I had an excellent experience at Express Oil Change with store managers Derrick and Tay! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was top-tier. The staff was welcoming, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel pressured or rushed. What really stood out to me was how efficient and thorough they were. They got my service done quickly, but still made sure everything was checked properly and handled with care. It’s hard to find places that balance speed with quality, but they definitely delivered on both. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had getting my car serviced. I left feeling confident that my vehicle was in great hands. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable service and great customer care!

  Derrick was awesome! He was fast, attentive, and jovial. You can truly tell that he cares about customers service, and his lighthearted nature makes you feel like you’ve known him for forever. Take it easy on these guys when the lines are long. They’re doing what they can, as fast as they can. I’ve always been a long time customer, and I don’t plan on going anywhere else!

  Don’t waste your time! I had been going to this location for a while and never had any real issues. Customer service isn’t great but they got the job done. This last time I pulled in and after looking under my hood, I was told that they did not have my oil filter and if I wanted to get an oil change, I would need to go and purchase my own. After leaving my check engine light came on, and I immediately returned, but was then told I would need to pay $80 for them to run test to figure out the problem. After a back-and-forth with Ramon, I asked to speak to a manager. I had to wait 30 minutes for a manager to arrive for them to check my car and find out the check engine light was caused by them. While waiting for the manager, whoever was in the bay, decided to drain the oil from my car and only because I heard this myself and questioned the manager about it did they put new oil in my car. The only positive in this was that Derek, the manager, was very nice and went over everything in detail of what was wrong and how this could have happened before I left.
