  Rente un carro y ya no me devolvieron el depósito estoy llamando y nadie me contesta estoy mandándoles correo electrónico y tampoco que me los responden el último carro que me rentaron estaba todo sucio lo bueno que le tome fotografías antes de sacarlo de ahí pero no me an devuelto mi depósito desde el 29 de abril asta la fecha 9 de mayo que no me an devuelto nada

  All of the employees at this location including the Branch Manager have been phenomenal to work with. They are very customer oriented, have pleasant personalities and they work with a smile. They have been very helpful to me in my rental car experience, answered all questions that I had, thorough in their inspections before I rented their vehicle and ensured that I had a vehicle that I was pleased with. Overall, impeccable customer service, phenomenal employees, clean environment and a great rental car experience.

  The General manager here is a very unreasonable person to speak to and lacks empathy regards to a matter I informed him. After a lady by the name of blue told me I had to rewrote my contract, and I informed them my adjuster said it was fine for me to rent at a discounted rate until I get my vehicle.
