I absolutely love this enterprise location. Everyone here is always so helpful and kind. This location I'm reviewing on is the only one I will go to and I rent cars a lot for trips with the family. Jerry helped me out today and he made everything smooth and was very kind. Thank you!

The Enterprise Car Rental, Peachtree Rd.!in Chamblee, Ga was wonderful. I needed a minivan for a trip and the one I got was so clean and new. The employee whose name was Ken was very efficient and couldn’t have been more helpful. Thanks for a great experience. I’ll be using this location again.

I had a wonderful experience renting here from booking through drop-off! They even gave me a ride to MARTA after I’ve returned my car. Everyone was very friendly and professionally. Will definitely rent here again!

Terrible service . I rented a vehicle SUV at 12pm and could not arrive until 1:10pm. I called to inform and was online for 30min but couldn’t speak with anyone. When I arrived they said they let my confirmed vehicle go and couldn’t pick up the phone because they were too busy. They could not help me call their partner location to inquire about available similar vehicles within 2 miles radius. They could only give me the number. When I arrived at the location near by, they called to ask for a missing key so they could have but did not … the worst service O ever. experience
