  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Top-Tier Service & Genuine Customer Care! I had an exceptional experience with Kamar and the entire team at Butler Tires and Wheels, and I felt compelled to share it. I called earlier today to ask about availability for my vehicle, and Kamar was extremely cordial and welcoming over the phone. His response was essentially, “Yes, please come today. We’re available and would be happy to service your vehicle.” That immediately made me feel comfortable about bringing my vehicle in. When I arrived, one of the technicians was standing outside near the entrance. I had to take a few minutes to get my son out of the vehicle, and it honestly felt as though the team was already attentive to our arrival. At that moment, I knew I had come to the right place. When we entered the store, Kamar greeted us with a big smile and a warm hello. He gathered my information and, before I even had to ask, made sure I knew I had options for seating. He offered the couch or the waiting area, where there was a table that could comfortably accommodate my son and his wheelchair. That small gesture meant so much to me because accessibility and being able to comfortably navigate a service facility with my son are extremely important. Throughout the service, Kamar kept me informed about what he was finding with my vehicle and offered helpful recommendations. I genuinely appreciated his knowledge and willingness to explain things rather than simply telling me what needed to be done. Then came the biggest surprise, when my vehicle was finished, Kamar comped the service and told me I was good to go. I was incredibly grateful for his generosity. His kindness and consideration toward my son and me went far beyond what I expected. The experience continued to impress me when one of the technicians mentioned that he was very familiar with handicap-accessible vehicles, which is especially important to me when choosing someone to service my vehicle. The team even went the extra mile by pulling my vehicle around to the front so I could safely and comfortably get my son loaded. They patiently waited while I secured him in the vehicle before I left. That level of patience, awareness, and compassion really stood out to me. This wasn’t simply a good experience at a tire and automotive shop it was an experience where I felt welcomed, respected, accommodated, and genuinely cared for as a customer and as a mother. I will absolutely return to Butler Tires and Wheels for future service, and I highly recommend Kamar and his team to anyone looking for quality automotive service accompanied by exceptional customer care. Kamar, thank you for your kindness and generosity, and thank you to the entire team for making our visit such a positive experience.   I was a walk-in with a slow leak in a high-performance summer tire. The folks at Butler were able to work me in and 90 min later I was out with a repair instead of 1 or 2 new tires. So many times there is some reason a tire can’t be patched but this time I was lucky. And Butler didn’t try to upsell me. I’ll be back when it’s time for new shoes.

  This was my first time here. I honestly was worried it was going to be too expensive for what I wanted. My nanny’s car needed an alignment and a new tire. It’s an older Prius and I didn’t want to spend a lot of money and was worried about getting sold something I didn’t need. But Mason was awesome, making a recommendation for an affordable tire and got me taken care of super quickly. He verified the alignment was done correctly before he gave it back to me. I have a high standard for customer service and Mason really delivered for me.

  I highly recommend this company. I live in Florida but was working at Skybound this month and of course, I picked up a screw in my tire and then my tire pressure sensors went out. I reached out to Butler Tire and spoke with Seth. I explained I was on time constraint and he said bring the vehicle in and he would drive me to work so they would have time to fit me in their schedule. I did just that. I was met by Kamar along with Seth. Both were gracious and understanding of my needs. Not only did they do everything they said they went above and beyond. I may not live in Atlanta, but I will be back when I need another set of tire for my Tahoe.
