I live in Florida but was working at Skybound this month and of course, I picked up a screw in my tire and then my tire pressure sensors went out. I reached out to Butler Tire and spoke with Seth. I explained I was on time constraint and he said bring the vehicle in and he would drive me to work so they would have time to fit me in their schedule. I did just that. I was met by Kamar along with Seth. Both were gracious and understanding of my needs. Not only did they do everything they said they went above and beyond. I may not live in Atlanta, but I will be back when I need another set of tire for my Tahoe.

It is incredibly hard to find a shop that can handle the wide tires of a Corvette correctly, but the team here did a beautiful job—absolutely zero scratches on the wheels and perfectly balanced. Seth Jones, the store manager, guided us through the entire process from start to finish. He even sent a follow-up text afterward to ensure the work was done exactly to our specifications. While waiting, I noticed Seth and his team giving that same level of great customer service to everyone who walked through the door. The Tire Discounters Nationwide Worry Free Guarantee offers tire replacement up to the original cost of the tire down to 3/32" tread, or 36 months. You’ll still need to cover the installation, but the tire is completely covered. Plus, 24-Hour Roadside Assistance Benefit is included for the first 12 months at no additional cost.
