  Wow. Learn something new everyday. Dillon and Marvin were both very helpful today. Learned an easy way to disconnect my old wipers and replace the new ones.

  Excellent customer service at Advance Auto, located in Chamblee, Georgia. thanks to Tom and Tiffany! They were both friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. They took the time to answer my questions, helped me find the right parts quickly, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Even though the store was very busy, Tom took the time to explain everything clearly and replace my battery for my vehicle, and I was greatly appreciative of his service. It’s rare to find this level of professionalism and care. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location because of them. Highly recommend!

  O feel sorry for the employees at this store as they are not properly supported by either the inventory, systems or drivers needed to take care of their customers. I failed to get the part I purchased three separate times and the original charge magically disappeared from the original receipt such that they could not show me the original charge. Of the 4 items purchased the other three remined their system such that a little math calculated the original charge to return, but that assumes the accuracy of what was shown for the other three item. I ask that you update you operations so properly support your employees and ultimately your customers.

  I have been in the car business for 36 years and have been to every parts store there is in Northeast Atlanta. I have worked down the street from this store for 22 years (at dealerships) and really didn't like going in it because it was filthy, unorganized and never had what they say they did. I walked in about 2 months ago looking for some goofy serpentine belts to bypass my air pump that had locked up and as soon as I walked in I could tell something was different, no more mess at the registers as soon as you walk in, you could see the floor! Everything seemed to be put in its proper place, and the guy behind the counter spoke English! That's not always the case! He helped me, had what I was looking for and I left! I went back in today looking for some unusual size vacuum hoses and fittings and after 8 other stores THEY HAD IT ALL! Same guy was there and he helped me this time too! Found out his name is Dylan and he is the new manager there, so I told him he is doing a terrific job and I will stop going all over the place and will start with him and his store FIRST from now on! If you need something even if it's odd or weird, go visit Dylan in the old and much improved Advance Auto Parts in Chamblee!
