  **1 STAR — Extremely Disrespectful Experience** I honestly don’t even know where to start with this experience. I came into the store to return an item that I had literally purchased **the same day**, and instead of simply helping me with the return, Anthony immediately turned the situation into an argument. Anthony was raising his voice at me, talking to me like I had done something wrong, and accusing me of stealing. I was completely confused because I had just purchased the item and was literally there trying to return it. I have never had a customer service experience where I felt like I was being treated like a criminal for attempting to return something I had purchased. I tried explaining the situation calmly, but Anthony continued yelling and making accusations instead of actually trying to resolve the problem. There is absolutely no reason to speak to a customer that way, especially when the customer is simply asking for help with a legitimate return. What made the whole situation worse was being accused of stealing when I had done nothing to deserve that kind of treatment. If there was an issue with the return, he could have explained the policy like a normal employee instead of immediately becoming confrontational. I came in expecting to make a simple return and left extremely frustrated. The way Anthony handled the situation was completely unprofessional and honestly embarrassing. Customer service should be about helping customers, not making them feel like they are being interrogated or accused of committing a crime. I would give zero stars if that were an option.

  ⭐️ 1 star Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a parts store. I came in expecting to get what I needed and leave, but the whole place was a mess. There was literally shit all over the floor and nobody seemed to care or even bother cleaning it up. It looked like nobody had checked the store in hours. The customer service was just as bad. I was standing around waiting and trying to get help while employees acted like customers weren’t even there. I was already annoyed, but seeing how dirty and unorganized the store was made it even worse. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place genuinely pissed me off. I shouldn’t have to walk around trash and shit on the floor just to buy a car part. Definitely not coming back to this location.

  DO NOT SHOP OR SUPPORT ADVANCE AUTO PARTS. PERIOD. This company has been nothing but unprofessional & discriminate to its customers & employees. EVERY TIME ive shopped at this specific store it seems like the GM Dylan is the ONLY one keeping this specific store moving while everyone else sits around. This company DOES NOT CARE FOR ITS EMPLOYEES NOR CUSTOMERS especially at this location. Edit: so the company tried to take this review down! PLEASE BE MINDFUL ON WHETE YOU SPEND YALLS HARD EARN MONEY!

  Called this location to ask if they could install my headlights where everywhere else wasn’t helpful. Tom told me to come on by even though they were closing soon. He installed the lightbulbs with no issue and was so kind. He helped someone who is clueless to do these things and I couldn’t be more grateful. THANK YOO TOM!!!!!!!!!
