Best customer service received from all the enterprises I have ever been to! Chad helped me through a difficult situation when I had a car accident and needed a car rental!! Best part when I had to return the car I got there 5 mins after closing and he saw me and opened the doors so I could return the car!! I know where I will be going from now on when I need a rental!!

The experience was professional as expected. I do insist though that the corporate overseers include the mandatory $300 within the quoted price, not at the bottom of the agreement in the smallest font possible. Slows things down when they need $300 that can only be charged from one method of payment.

My parked car was hit while I was shopping, and I took it to Candy Apple to be fixed. CC said I needed to leave it there for a couple of days. I was on the phone with a friend to come to get me and the receptionist came out and said my rental was there. I'm in my 80s and never been in an accident so I didn't know how things were handled. ( my friend on the phone heard our conversation.) I had no say so in the rental. I was told by the girl at CC that the other person's insurance would pay for the rental.. At that time, I didn't know that Enterprise had an office back of CC and they must work together. It took CC days to give an appraisal, so I could have still drive my car. It was only my bumper damaged!!! My car sat there for days bc they looked at it. Bottom line, Enterprise said I had to pay $69 before I could get my car but they couldn't/wouldn't tell me why. I've called and gone by their office behind CC and called their office in Cedartown without returned calls.. I have a terminal disease and while I can, I just wanted people to be forewarned about the unscrupulous experience I had with Enterprise and CC. Thank you!
