    Richie Goatz went above and beyond !!!! My mother has been going to this dealership for years ….the last time she went for a oil change she was told she needs repairs almost costing her almost 2 k.She mentioned to the previous service advisor that she had extended warranty for her repairs but he insisted and told her no it would not be covered :( Yesterday my mother brought up the same problem to Richie Goetz a service advisor at the same dealer ship.Mr Richie took his time to look up the extended warranty and assured my mother the repair will be covered with extended warranty she had purchased.In this industry a lot of people will try to get over you and take advantage ….my mother is 50 years old at this age people can get over you easily but I want to thank Mr Richie for his great service today with repair and for taking care of my mother. I hope the Honda takes care him for his great service !!!!!! Thank you again Mr Richie 🙏🏽

    Don't go to this dealership on a Saturday unless you are prepared to spend half a day. My wife and I arrived Saturday morning at 11 am, the floor was pretty slow, from what I gathered they were working on 3 deals including mine. We had our deal done in less than 45 minutes, then 2-1/2 hours later we were in finance. Credit score simply was not the issue; I was told it was because they were short a finance manager. At no time after we made the deal did a single manager every come tell us what the issue was or offer any kind of apology for this delay. The salesman Dan Jusino was absolutely professional and was the only reason we stayed to close the deal, as for everyone else we came in contact with they acted as it was business as usual. I would steer clear of this dealership unless you have plenty of time to waste. Wish I could leave no stars for everyone but Dan, if you're running a business and need a good salesman, I'd highly recommend you try and hire Dan.

    We love our new 2026 Pilot Trailsport! However our experience at the Shottenkirk Honda Cartersville dealership was disingenuous. The First Disappointment: We were trading in both our cars, and were asking the Kelley Blue Book mid-range value prices. The salesman took the paper to the GM, and they agreed upon the price we were wanting for our trade-in vehicles. So to us, we thought that was settled and next focused on the price of the Pilot. It was the end of the month, we had been messaged to come check it out and deals were very likely. We drove over 1.5 hours to this dealership. The GM agreed close to the price we were asking for the Pilot. We were thrilled! And relieved to finally find a new car. We found out later after signing and speaking with the finance guy, that the GM lowered the trade-in value numbers. They hid that from us, it was never communicated. We were under the impression that the price was agreed upon and settled, and didn’t ask about it anymore when discussing the Pilot price. This is my third time buying a car. The two other dealerships I have purchased from in the past have been very clear and honest. I was shocked. That was just a nasty move. The Second Disappointment: It’s a new 2026 Pilot, brand new! We were so thrilled, our first big purchase together and it’s BRAND NEW! We get home, after driving over 1.5 hours and I see their dealership sticker logo on the back of the car. Well we are Tennessee fans and their logo has the Georgia peach in it; we most definitely can’t have that on the car. I go to picking it off, a simple vinyl sticker… and I see after removing some of the logo, the paint is chipped! I am immediately horrified and find a second paint chip spot! I look closer and even a third paint chip spot is under the black letting / clear background of the logo sticker! The dealership didn’t fix the paint chips, (remember it’s a NEW CAR). It appeared the dealership stuck their logo over it to hid the THREE paint chips on this NEW pilot. Again, just shocked. This was another nasty move. We took documentation pictures and video and sent it back to them the next day since it was after 11pm. We were exhausted. First, hiding that they changed the trade in value number and now they had put their logo sticker over paint chips. They told us they would fix it free of charge (where we’d have to drive another 1.5 hours there and back) or mail us a paint pen and we can patch it ourselves. We chose the paint pen option, and are thankful they are willing to fix their logo coverup. The paint pen did come in the mail. After our experience there, we will only be coming back for what we paid for in the “No Worries Plus” package. I don’t feel safe recommending this dealership to friends and family. The salespeople were all very polite to us, and we appreciate that, however and unfortunately, our overall experience with this dealership was disingenuous.

    I recently purchased a 2018 Subaru Outback from Honda and had such a wonderful experience, thanks to Justin. From the moment I walked in, he was warm, welcoming, and truly focused on making the process smooth and stress-free. Justin was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, taking the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guiding me every step of the way. He made sure I felt comfortable, informed, and confident in my decision—never any pressure, just genuine care and professionalism. The entire process felt seamless from start to finish, with everything handled efficiently behind the scenes, which made it that much easier on me. I couldn’t be happier with my Outback and highly recommend working with Justin if you’re in the market!

    I recently took my 2022 Honda Accord in for an oil change. I was informed that my car was due for service including the oil, tire rotation, air and cabin filters and brake fluid change. I told them not to rotate my tires and that I did not know how old my air filter was, I had changed it once prior. (On top of the air filter housing I had a sticker that read, "Changed on 5/19/25 @ 22,600 mi" My car had 28,031 mi at the time of service). If the filter did not need replacing, they could have provided me with a new one, since I was paying for it. Service was complete and after arriving home and allowing the car to cool, I checked my oil. The oil was filled, ONLY JUST SLIGHTLY ABOVE THE BOTTOM MARK!!!! My car calls for 5 QUARTS of oil and I have changed it several times myself. I topped the oil off with almost a good portion of a 1 qt bottle, after taking a photo of the dipstick. When I pour 5 qts, the oil goes to the upper mark. I also checked my filters and they were STILL DIRTY!!! I paid for service that WAS NOT PROVIDED! This makes me wonder if they do this to all their customers, how much EXTRA they are padding their pockets with profit! I am not one to complain usually, but I wanted to give ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS A HEADS UP! I purchased my Accord from this dealer new, and was not happy with my experience. I vowed to not go back, but I hoped after almost 4 years, things had changed.....OBVIOUSLY NOT! They are still "biting the hands that feed them". I WILL NEVER RETURN!
