Cartersville location. The ease of ordering online was exceptional and could not believe I got an appointment and soon as I did.
The tech was great. I received a call the morning of installation. to verify appt. and he arrived right on time. He explained about the warranty and what to do if I had any problems.

I read reviews before they came out but was hoping they wouldn't do this to me. The technician rushed so fast to get done to go somewhere that he left glass and rubber pieces all in my driveway, glass was in my truck and I went to get in and glass got in my hand . He did not lock down my dash or vacuum. Very sloppy job!! Customer service was awesome! But they need to train the technician a lot better. I hope the windshield doesn't leak!

BEWARE! I recently had my windshield replaced by this service location chosen by my insurance provider. Besides not showing up without any calls the day of service appointment, when they finally showed up and replaced my windshield, it resulted to an error code on my dashboard. I immediately called them, but after their tech came back, I was told there is nothing else he can do and I should call the shop the next day. It also resulted to more error codes. I called Safelite customer service to ask for warranty service call and had to go back and forth between different depts. until I was finally transferred to their store /service manager.
To my disappointment and surprise, the manager insisted that the error codes are not their fault and that i should "just charge my battery and drive my vehicle and it will all go away".
This is after I told him numerous times that the Mercedes Dealership stated that its a safety concern since it involves the front airbags. I even reminded him that driving it with safety issues is a big risk and asked him if he is willing to take responsibility if it resulted to injury and possibly death. He still insisted that he is right because he said so, and even if the experts in Mercedes Benz says otherwise.
This is the kind of service that this location provides. It doesn't matter that Safelite states they provide" lifetime warranty on their workmanship as long as you own the vehicle" . To think that this issue resulted 5 minutes after the installation. Imagine calling them after 5 months or 1 year. I have no choice but to escalate this to their corporate and legal dept. because the management team in this location doesn't care about Safelite's promise to their customers.
This location did a great job at installing a windshield in my truck. The were fairly fast and quick with the install. The attendant at the desk was patient and very kind.
I would say that the technician could have done a better job at wiping down my dashboard after completing the install. But overall I am very satisfied with the work that they done and I would definitely recommend this location for others needing windshield or windows service.

Horrible experience yesterday with Safelite. The service technician, Ryo, damaged my vehicle while installing a new windshield and essentially tried to cover it up. He attempted to have me pay without disclosing that he split my VIN plate. That should be a huge concern for Safelite. Accidents happen, but being dishonest and misleading is completely unprofessional. Now I have to take time out of my schedule to get Audi to replace my VIN plate which could take 1-2 YEARS. This means if I wanted to sell or trade the vehicle, I have to deal with this damage that Safelite caused. The supervisor Jeff did his best to make things right but this was a terrible situation. This was not a good experience at all and I’ll be following up with corporate.
