  Went above and beyond. Him and his guys took the time to go over our truck to find the real issue. Service went above and beyond what we expected. In the very begging our truck went into the shop on July 7th and the entire time Eric was walking the shop and working with his guys to get to the root of the problem we were having. His entire team was professional and very courteous during the entire visit. They took the time to walk us through what they were seeing and gave us different options on how we could fix the problem. We will be using them for all future needs.

  Amazing service, I got a flat tire and even though they were super busy they got my tire replaced and checked my alignment within a few hours. Eric is incredibly helpful and kind! Highly recommend!!!

  I had great experience here at Marvis Tires and Brakes center today in Cartersville, Ga. I must say that their prices are very reasonable and affordable. Thank you Eric and the entire team is amazing 👏.

  I hit an object on the highway over the weekend, which caused a blown tire. I stopped at Mavis Tires for help, and from the moment I walked in, the customer service was outstanding. Jacob and the young lady at the front counter (whose name I unfortunately didn't get) were both friendly, professional, and welcoming. They got me taken care of quickly and had me back on the road in no time. About 25 minutes later, while continuing my road trip, I started hearing something dragging underneath my car. I pulled over and discovered that my skid plate was hanging down. I called Mavis Tires, and since they were about to close, the young lady suggested I come back the next morning. I explained that I live in Atlanta and was just passing through, and that all the other nearby shops were closing as well. That's when she asked how far away I was and told me to come back, assuring me they would take care of it. When I arrived, Jacob and another employee had stayed late after closing just to help me. They fixed the problem, made sure my car was safe to continue the trip, and didn't charge me anything. I honestly couldn't believe they stayed after hours for me. You don't see customer service like that very often anymore. A huge thank you to Jacob, the young lady at the front counter whose name I didn't get, and the employee who stayed late. They all went above and beyond, and if anyone deserves a raise, it's these three. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help turned a stressful situation into a great experience, and I truly appreciate everything they did for me.

  I came into Mavis pretty disappointed after visiting two different tire shops that couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my tire. At that point, I was frustrated and honestly starting to think the issue would never get resolved. When I got to Mavis, I explained everything to Jacob, and within less than 10 minutes, he had already found the problem that two other shops completely missed. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he was also professional, attentive, and took the time to listen to my concerns. The level of customer service and expertise Jacob provided was outstanding. He saved me time, money, and a lot of stress. After this experience, I can confidently say I won’t trust anyone else with my car. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely knows what they’re doing, ask for Jacob. You won’t be disappointed!
