- BBBeatrice BlalockMay 5, 20261.0I went in for an oil change. Paid and immediately after leaving the air was making a noise and it was worse when turning up the fan. I drove around and went back. An employee approached me and I told him my air was making noise which it has never done. He opened the glove box where the cabin air filter is in and told me the filter was dirty. I replied that it was dirty when i arrived there and i didnt have any noisea. Then he looked and aaid there were leaves in the fan and he wasn't going to reach in. I left and told him I was going to have my husband look at it and if there are issues I'd come back. We'll we just checked it and found a piece from the glove box behind the glove box that was broken off. The screws were missing that hold the cover of the cabin air filter. My husband saw the leaves and says that whomever took the cabin air filter out to check it apparently did it wrong and dumped leaves into the fan which the purpose of the filter is to prevent things from going to into the fan. We can't reach or find way to get the leaves out and now my car makes noise . I hope that I can call and have this rectified. If I could put the video I took with the noice on here I would. Im been to this location plenty of times and dont recall them messing with the cabins air filter. I just asked for an oil change.

They even topped off my other fluids! Went to pay and the cute lil young man even told me about the free car wash if I scan that code which he helped me with that.
