  The car I picked up from the airport broke down outside of Cartersville. Had to get it towed and get a replacement. The staff here were super efficient and friendly getting a new car for us once we got here. Bad luck that the car broke down, but good reason to continue giving Enterprise/National my business that I was able to get a new car easily in a smaller town.

  Kylee was kind, patient and knowledgeable and had my car ready to go when I got there. Kylee even patiently stood in the rain as I asked many questions about starting the push start and other features . Reservation and return was a quick process!

  On April 4, 2026, when I arrived for my reservation, my vehicle was not available, despite receiving a courtesy confirmation call earlier in the week. To say I was disappointed and frustrated is an understatement. However, neither my husband nor I took it out on the employee. We calmly explained the urgency — we needed the vehicle for a family trip we were supposed to leave for early Monday morning, which is why we scheduled pickup for Saturday. The employee handled the situation exceptionally well. He guaranteed the vehicle would be ready Monday, promised to call as soon as it was available, and he followed through exactly as he said he would. He also compensated us for the inconvenience. He was AHHMAZING, and although we left later than planned, we were fully satisfied and enjoyed our trip. Because of his professionalism and follow‑through, we will absolutely be repeat customers.
