  I rented a car for five days from the location in Cartersville my rental went smoothly. I was very satisfied with my car. I was even very satisfied with the gentleman who helped me in this process however, I was told if I left my car on there property, it would be towed and that they will tow it. I don’t understand why I can’t leave my car on the property when I’m renting a car from y’all I had to literally search for someone to take my car somewhere to place so I could rent a car from y’all. I found it to be the biggest inconvenience I’ve ever had to deal with in renting a car from y’all I usually rent my cars in Rome Georgia. I’ve never had a problem like this ever in Rome . So the reason why I’m giving you a low score is simple fact because the Cartersville location doesn’t have anywhere for their customers to park their cars. I was also towed it was because They have so many recalls on their cars that they are just parking them in the back and not taking them to the dealerships for the recalls. Therefore, the customers cannot leave their cars there they have to to arrange for someone to take them and pick them up although Enterprise rental company has that option of them picking up you however I was not offered that at all I asked one of the guys if they could drive it and pick me up at a friend‘s house and that was not an option for them. No customer renting a car should ever be told that Personal car on the premises it will towed. From now on, I will go the extra Rome location to rent my car.

  Amazing rental experience! We were able to pick up and drop off our rental Mitsubishi Outlander Sport at Caliber Collision, the rental car was very clean and new and drives well! I recommend!

  Personnel checking me out and in was very professional, answering all me questions... The car had a lot of road noise, due to the type of tires on the car. I recommend getting better tires on the car.
